While he has been thwarted in the past, there is no known consistent method for countering this dangerous technique.

Perhaps by his original design, Sparkplug has basic-level combat abilities. He has been witnessed using ranged weapons of various kinds for self-defense and the defense of others.

==== Origin ====
Very little is known of Sparkplug's origin, although it is possible he was originally constructed as a mercenary unit. He was first considered of interest in Iraq when he helped direct the successful defense of a refugee village from an overwhelming militant force. More effort must be allocated to further study his strategic efficacy.

==== History of Activity ====
Sparkplug has often been seen helping defend villages around the world from mercenaries and militant bands, though he presided mostly in the middle east before arriving in Bendis City. Since then, his focus has shifted to purely scientific endeavors. He has no known relational ties or interests. His true motives in these seemingly altruistic efforts are unknown, and further observation and research are suggested.

==== Psychological Profile ====
Though usually brief in conversation, he claims to have a genuine wish for the betterment of those around him and often acts charitably. Given his position in Voyage Technologies, further observation is suggested to discover the true motivations of these acts. However, he is usually bookish and reclusive by nature, especially since his arrival in Bendis City. Further, multiple attempts to observe him have ended when he slipped away without making it clear if he noticed the observers. This not only suggests a cleverness to avoid suspicion but also a greater level of counter-surveillance skills than he reveals publicly.

Clean. Further, he has repeatedly used his abilities to thwart criminal activity. However, due to his keen abilities to avoid observation, and his position within Voyage Technologies, it would be prudent to suspect hidden nefarious activities.
