- Biblius has resigned from Emperor, is leaving Blocktopia.
- ClockworkMyr, Edgar_Harford, and Jubjubers become leaders (Dukes) of Sancti Crustulam.
- There will never become another Emperor. If Biblius returns (which is unlikely), the Dukes may vote to reappoint him.
- Smeagal_Hunter will report on new potential alliances and diplomatic updates as Junior Representative.
- gonkus will report on possible rivalries and scouting reports as Minister of War.
- ClockworkMyr suggested declaring war on any single entity without question. Veto'd by Biblius.
- Snowman will become an Advisor if he joins the Sancti Empire.
- Lee_scar is considered being demoted for inactivity. He remains as Minister of Agriculture.
- Da_Jinks and 56LoneWolf56 want to start a satellite, Oceanus. It is unamimously accepted.
- 56LoneWolf56 will be the Viceroy of Oceanus, with Da_Jinks as his Advisor.
- Prizugrad SSR prepares for a possible application.
- Akuze is building the Town Hall. Roads will begin soon, and SilentCicada is working on a dark room.
- Edgar_Harford needs an Advisor. PM the Dukes with suggestions.
- Disputes around an incomplete sub-pyramidal base in Whisper are brewing with Crucia.
- zack27999 will replace Brave_Gold_Heart as Minister of Events.
