- Venom Torso: Allows shooting a poison spike (2 AP). Disallows 2H weapons. Compared to Phoenix assault torso, same armor, additional stealth penalty and substantial aim bonus
- Tentacle Torso: Gives a melee attack (2 AP/3 WP) to 20 paralyze damage and 3 WP to auto-counter melee attacks. Slightly lower armor than Phoenix sniper torso, adds perception buff and stealth penalty

- Stomper Legs: 2 AP/2 WP to inflict massive shock damage in an area. +1 STR. Compared to Phoenix heavy legs, same armor, same speed/stealth penalties, accuracy bonus instead of penalty
- Shadow Legs: 1 AP to inflict 100 shock (half of stomper) in melee. 2nd lowest leg armor in the game, huge stealth bonus
- Agile Legs: Immune to goo, automatically jump one elevation level while moving. Tied for lowest leg armor, hefty speed bonus

- Regular damage - Subracts from target HP and body part HP, reduced by the amount of armor on that body part
- Shred - Reduces armor on that body part. Applied after damage (right?)
- Acid - Reduces armor on afflicted body parts then reduces by 10. If there's no armor, reduces body part health
- Blast - Damages all body parts in the blast radius
- EMP - Damages cyborgs and mechanical enemies like vehicles and turrets
- Fire - Affects the ground, lighting units walking on it on fire. Applies damage evenly across body parts (I think?) then reduces by 10
- Paralyze - Reduces AP by the ratio of paralyze points divided by strength (which is max HP / 10). Unit will be completely disabled if ratio exceeds 1. Reduces by 1 per turn
- Pierce - Reduces enemy armor by pierce value for the purposes of damage calculation
- Poison - Detracts from total HP, reduces by 10 every turn
- Psychic - Reduces will points
- Shock - Reduced by armor. If total shock over a turn exceeds current HP, dazes (1 AP and halved accuracy)
- Sonic - Dazes if it exceeds WP
- Bleed - Triggered by crippling body parts and some weapons. Only cured by medpacks and (I think?) regeneration
- Virophage - Only affects pandorans and mutated humans
- Virus - Reduces WP by virus value then reduces by 1
