Personality: The years having taken a toll on her, she has grown to not trust people very easily, save for those who deem worthy of her trust. She can seem cold at times, but she truly has a heart, especially for her village. She refuses to let any tensions to rise anymore back at home and has fought off many people who intended to do just that.

However, during the years she has picked up an aggressiveness to her personality that makes her harder to approach, despite her calm demeanor.  This only worsens in battles, including the scent of blood causing her to go on a rampage.  Once acquiring the final stage of her Sage Mode, she became known as the Sage of the Sea, giving her a changing personality that depends on the situation.

During the six months of gone missing, she had gone through vigorous training with her complete release due to having not completely unlocked it's full potential; However, when she had finished her training and made her return, her personality had a drastic change, making her completely unrecognizable to many people. She had a soft vibrant aura about her, a sweet smile.

Water was sealed within a pendant shaped as the moon like a locket. Using her Water Release: Eye of the Ocean, she can point it to reflect the moon so as to see wherever she wishes to look in the tiny pendant with little chakra.

Hydration Technique

The Hydration Technique allows the user's body to turn to water and used techniques based off of this; However, the body will lose hydration due to this and the user must keep on water more so than the normal person.


List of Jutsu (Techniques):

Hozuki Clan's Water Gun; A technique only to the Hozuki Clan members, using even partially of their Hydration mode to form drops of water from whatever portion of the body and shooting it at the target at the speed of a bullet, usually.

Water Style: Twin Shark Attack; A powerful strike depending on the amount of moisture gathered, forming two sharks from the moisture sources to attack the target.

Water Style: Rising Water Slicer; This technique will create a fast jet of water running through the ground that is powerful enough to slice through solid rock. However, it can easily be avoided by jumping upwards. The water blades can also be sent above ground level to strike down jumping targets.

Water Style: Severing Wave; After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it into water, the user spews it out as a high pressure stream that is powerful enough to cut cleanly through several thick trees with ease.

Water Release: Water Blade Technique; Gathering moisture from surrounding area, the user creates the shape of a high-pressured water blade. If one were to take a direct hit from the blade, it would cut clean through flesh and bone. Normally, Suika uses this technique upon her Tonfas to do more damage.

Hiding in Mist Technique; The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by either lifting up water from a pre-existing source, or expelling water from their mouth.

Water Clone Technique; The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones that are made out of water.

Water Gun Technique: Two-Handed Magnum; User creates a barrage of water bullets and sends them at the opponent, then creates one larger bullet and shoots it at the opponent.

Water Gun: Two Guns; is a more lethal version of the Water Gun Technique, where instead of using one hand to fire a powerful shot of water, the user uses both hands and fires two powerful shots of water simultaneously.

Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave; The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks.

Starch Syrup Binding Rope; After kneading chakra in the stomach and converting it to high-viscosity water, the user spits it out, in the form of ropes that restrains the target's movement. Because of the viscosity of the water, it is even more difficult for them to escape its confines.

Water Release: Water Prison; This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps.
Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

Water Release: A Thousand Feeding Sharks; A much more powerful version of the Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks, the user creates one thousand sharks out of water that enter into a wall formation and rain down to attack the opponent.

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks; The user puts their hand on the surface of a body of water and from the tips of five fingers, chakra is released into the water, changing it into the form of five ferocious sharks. The sharks circle the target with high speed, creating a raging stream that takes away their prey's freedom of movement and their sharp teeth tear into the enemy with each consecutive attack. In the anime, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy.

Water Release: Water Bullet Technique; he Water Release: Water Bullet Technique is a highly versatile Water Release technique which has many variations. After kneading chakra in their stomach, the user expels a large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target.

Water Release: Water Shark Bullet; The user shapes water into the form of a large shark and thrusting their hand forward, sends it hurtling towards the opponent at high-speeds, resulting in a powerful impact. The user can also ride inside the water shark to dramatically increase their swimming speed.

Water Release: Eye of the Ocean; A rare technique that makes use of the moon on the surface of the water to see what's reflected by the moon from on the earth's surface; Gives a wide-rage of sight and strength on the vision varies on moon phase.

Shark Sage Mode; A Special sage mode-release that gives the user shark-like appearance as well as qualities including combat stats increase, primarily in Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Speed. These stats only further increase once the Shark Frenzy is initiated, however it is a blind rage and puts anyone in the near area in danger including allies and citizens. The Shark Frenzy is initiated by the scent of blood, and can even cause a fit outside of the activation of Sage Mode, if not careful.

Sage of the Ocean; A complete release after the Shark Sage release, it provides a full use of the nature's chakra, primarily of the ocean. Boosts the Chakra stats of everything once released. During the release, all the salt collected thus far from the waters are brought into her being, turning her into a salted water entity, rather than just a normal Hozuki.

Summoning Technique; The Summoning Technique is a space–time ninjutsu that allows the summoner to transport animals or people across long distances instantly and uses blood as a sacrifice.

Summoning Release: Shark Attack; A good portion of chakra is used upon using this technique; All three sharks are summoned at once in three spots, splashing out of the seals with water behind them as they make their way to the target. User can follow behind whether in sage mode or not and proceed to join the attack;

Ocean Release: Hurricane Force; Summons massive waters from nature in Sage of the Ocean mode and adds wind nature chakra to the mess, creating a massive force of wind and water not quite in ice form with a massive force put behind it as strong as a Hurricane.

Ocean Release: Ocean Current; A powerful stream put forth from either a water source or from within the body, the chakra consumption depending on source of water. The powerful stream is thick and comes out much stronger than any other water release technique, especially due to the Sage mode required for this technique.

Ocean Release: Rising Waters; A technique only used in Sage of the Ocean mode; Allows the user to make use of the water surface and gather the water into a massive wave that overruns the land, flooding the area and brushing away anything set to the ground including traps and paper bombs. Creates a water battlefield.

Ocean Release: Salted Bubble; A protection bubble with a thick layer of salt in place made specifically for defending against Lightning-based attacks. The thicker the wall placed with the water, the better the protection from the lightning.

Ocean Release: Tide Slicers; Using the golden bracelets/anklets, she charges water chakra into a spinning motion adding wind chakra to keep it flowing in a blade-like manner and causing the golden ring(s) to spin, she can chuck it at anyone with focused chakra either in sage mode or normal mode; Sage mode adds salt to the water, which can be put into wounds created by said attack and cause severe ache in the wound(s). Some say the inspiration rises from the Rasengan in a sense;

Sealing Technique: Sage Chakra Seal and Release; This technique allows the user to seal and store Sage Chakra for later usage temporarily in a sealed space, either in a scroll or can be put on the body for later usage.

Sealing Technique: Water's Rapid Seal; A seal created by Hozuki Suika in intentions to keep Saiken sealed in case the seal is about to break.

Sealing Technique: Whirlpool Seal; The seal placed upon Suika's stomach where Saiken was placed. It can be used for water-based or poison-based chakra/tailed beasts, including Saiken, the 6-tails, and Isobu, the 3-tails.

{History}

Strong, confident in her skills, and always the one to complain about the written work in class, Suika struggled through classes with most basics excluding Taijutsu, of which she excelled in. She grew up mostly alone and challenged herself after she found the pair of Tonfas abandoned in the water, learning along the way as she had experimented with the techniques. Over time, she took the chance and had her own pair made in top condition and held onto the old tonfas, in hopes to find the original owner of the pair.


Moving into her Genin years, she worked with two others her age that she recognized from her classes, underneath Jinzo, a good team. However, not everything was always so peaceful and calm. There were always constant changes and battles occurring, forcing the team to work together in battles left and right, honing their skills. She took use of this time to become stronger and better, soon able to keep up with her sensei, Jinzo. Surpassing even the Chuunin Exams, she came out on top in her team, meeting their Sensei's expectations. She was found making frequent visits to the current Mizukage at the time, Azuresato Ryu; A powerful and kind Mizukage who was known as the Salt Queen, as her bloodline was similar that to her and her Sensei, but instead of turning to Mercury or Water, she could turn into grains of salt. She, too, was a powerful opponent. She took on the Mizukage for training as well, aiming to become stronger than the rest, and to proudly inherit the Kubikiribōchō  from her sensei, Jinzo.

Soon enough, she became a Jonin, taking tough missions. But, that day came when Ryu suddenly left office, and even left her legendary sword behind; The Nuibari, or the Sewing Needle. This leave was mysterious and left Suika worried for her teacher, looking to Jinzo all the time. At this point, her love for her teacher had already grown for Jinzo, becoming lovers and partners working together to teach the new generation. The drastic events didn't occur until later on.

That fateful day was never forgotten in the history of Mizukages. She was entering her second year as a Jonin when the explosion happened at the Kage home. The village was already in turmoil since the leave of Ryu, and for such a thing to happen to the new Mizukage, trouble was only brewing. Upon arrival to the scene, both her and Jinzo witnessed their previous Kage, Ryu, on scene of the tragic event. Ryu had destroyed the Kage Home and killed the new Mizukage. Fate continued it's work as they watched as one of their shinobi cut off the head of their old Mizukage as a death sentence for killing their Mizukage. Neither took this scene well as she cried out in fear, and Jinzo attacked in anger and confusion, killing the men that had slain their beloved Mizukage Ryu. He didn't last long in his anger, for he fell to a blade in his chest, leaving Suika in despair as she cried out for the two.

Locked away in darkness for such a long time, there wasn't much left of her after that day. Branded a traitor and sympathizer of the  traitors, she was jailed and tortured. It wasn't her fault, the way things happened, how fast it went by. News swung by that Jinzo was somehow still alive after that day, fleeting hope into her heart when the council man spoke to her of it. But his words were poison to her, speaking of slaying her beloved and bringing him the Kubikiribōchō, else she will find herself slain with living a life of torture just as she had. She could not stand the thought of letting him live the life she had for the past few months, instead accepted the offer. She had other plans in mind. She followed the clues until she found Jinzo, bursting in tears for him. The joyful reunion of the two lasted quite a while as they embraced one another in pure bliss. However, the ending wasn't as pleasant. With a tear of sadness, and a soft word of apology, a blade slipped between his shouler blades, taking his Kubikiribōchō and leaving him to die. She dared not to watch him die slowly, leaving him and returning to the council man quickly. Wrought with sorrow, she gritted her teeth at the man who turned her hands of love into a weapon of destruction. With this new reason, she used the Kubikiribōchō to slay the council man, fleeing Kirigakure after the deed was done.

Having been taught about the Sage chakras, she made use of her knowledge in the oceans of the Land of Water to grow as a Kunoichi, obtaining three ally sharks as summons as well as eventually obtaining the Shark Sage mode through their aide;of course, it came with it's downside besides the perks. She had heightened senses naturally, which only became more so in the release of the sage mode. On top of that, in her first fight in using it, she lost control in the battle and ate her opponents, only to throw their bits up after calming down. With this new ability set, she kept even more so to herself, ensuring she avoided as many people as possible, save for those she hunted down.

Down the line, after mastering the Sage mode finally, she met Kuchirumi, although on accident through accidentally killing his massive courier spider. Much time was spent with the "mummy of the mist", who was far older and wiser than she, and he even trained her to release the full extent of her sage mode, granting her Sage of the Ocean release. With the release of the 6-tails as well, Kuchirumi had chosen her for the next Jinchuuriki, sealing the beast Saiken within her. With this, she obtained other fresh new abilities that had never before been seen, the village she was born from taking notice.

It was then, at her rise at power that she was granted title of Mizukage due to her pure intentions and her rise of strength.

However, due to a battle with a mysterious male, her life was nearly lost in trying to protect what was her allies and was later safely put into emergency help with the hospital back in Kirigakure. Although, it only passed a fortnight before she had mysteriously disappeared, without a word left behind...

It is said that waters have risen up to the north, where the Land of Snow resided, despite it's icy waters.

With the return of Suika, she was deemed a traitor due to her uncalled-for disappearance for months on end; Now, she rests in a dungeon, awaiting execution. Rumors say that the Mizukage has yet to execute her for two reasons: One, he does not have a set sealing team for Saiken, and two, they are cousins by blood.
