It had been a simple request from Anon's best friend "Anon's friend". "Anon's friend" had explained he was going away on a trip with his mom, but his sister refused to come along. He wanted someone to look after his irresponsible older sister while he and his mother was gone. Anon lived close by and knew "NEET sister", so it wouldn't be much of a bother for Anon to do it. It wasn't how Anon had planned to spend his summer, but he figured it was better than just sitting home and aimlessly jacking off every day.
