° EXPLANATION OF SONG CHOICE: [PARTICIPANTS | SUNNYEIN, seokrat]: this song was picked because while it fits the cute and girly concept, that isn't the only thing it exemplifies. the lyrics by themselves describe a young girl who doesn't know how to deal with her crush, and it afraid that she likes him more than she should. the choreography is slightly suggestive (with a bit of chest popping and showing their curves/hips) to fit the ideal of the few members (like min) who prefer sexier concepts. the song is catchy and something people would enjoy dancing to, and its message is something that is relatable in a first love kind of way.

° HOW YOUR GROUP IMAGINES THE PERFORMANCE GOING :

» The girls probably wouldn't think they could pull off a flawless because of course they were rookies and they were on Versus so they had to be underrated. But of course each one had their own imagination as well as their own perspective.

» For example there was Song who was probably the one with the most doubt in herself but having the most support in her group. The girl would imagine her dying on stage because she had always a shortage of breath.

» Then there was Min who could NOT let an opportunity of a semi-sexy dance go away from the cute concept. So she would think that she would be like the main dancer instead of Song. Of course she wouldn't imagine her voice being stable from all the dancing, so she would think her shortage of breath because of that.

» Yên thinked mostly for her group rather than herself. She would think about the fans cheering or screaming the fan chant while it was in the beginning. Probably the most optimistic out of all of them, she would imagine flawlessly but a few bumps on the road.

» Shin, dear old Shin. She would be thinking about the stress in everybody's mind while performing rather than the imagining the performance. She was worried about how the choreography might be too hard for some of the members or how low their fan base was. Maybe nobody was cheering for them, she was stressed out thinking about it.

» Rina is probably internally pulling her hair out and screaming. She's always worried when they perform, not because she doubts their skills but because she knows how they can be be on stage. She knows her group is great and she isnt about it going too bad but she wouldn't be surprised if there were hiccups here and there but as long as she does her best which she always does and as long as the members work through it she's fine with whatever outcome. Of course she's still gonna be yelling at them and being salty over having to participate at all.

» Chai is slightly nervous about performing it, because when it comes down to it, she is the least talented in the group, barely making it as a sub vocalist. she knows she's not as good as her group members, but she's determined to prove that she's getting better, even if she's only got two lines to sing, and she's hopeful that her voice won't crack or anything, they'll be able to get through the performance without any major bumps.

» Overall there were hiccups in the beginning and small mistakes that were noticeable, but the group managed to not let that knock them down and continued the song, hoping to not miss a beat. Thankfully they did end the song on a somewhat strong note.

° EXPLANATION OF SONG CHOICE : They chose this song mainly because it's the opposite of all their other songs, heartbreak rather than love. The song also has a sexier concept than theirs which made it appeal even more, the dancing being something very different than what they have done before. They want to show that they can and will rock a sexy concept like any other group as they are all can do what no one thinks they can.

° HOW YOUR GROUP IMAGINES THE PERFORMANCE GOING: To be completely honest, they don't think it will go well at all deep down. This song and dance may be too sexy and the lyrics are a bit offensive to some, something they try to avoid if they can. They know it's a big risk since they already aren't popular but they also know that if they don't step out of their little box, they will always be overshadowed by other groups. The members that are really worried, however, are Vanilla, Rina and Song.

» Because Vanilla technically isn't of age, they thing she can do are limited. When you add her lack of confidence in her dancing, you have a complete disaster. She's a rapper so she will get the spotlight during her verse so her nervousness and stiff dancing will be obvious which makes her panic a bit. She hides all this of course by cheering on the other members (in her own sarcastic way) and just thinks of other things but she knows she will make mistakes on more than one occasion.

» Rina knows that cutesy is the safe route and sexy has danger written all over it. By doing that concept, if even for a cover, she knows the group is being put at risk for hate and down votes. Garnet isnt meant for it in her eyes and it doesn't help she doesn't get to show off her dancing even if a cover. She is only happy that since their isnt choreo that is that hard, their vocals will be powerful and stable. She isnt sure she can sing that high mostly because she hasn't ever fully explored her vocal range but she figures she could avoid cracks even after one whole performance, she's mostly worried about the group and how much backlash they'd get.

» Then we have Song who, being the person she is, is worried about being in the spotlight too much and messing up the high notes she has with a shaky voice or not being able to sing high enough. She is also worried about her dance, since she is a main dancer she will be in the front a lot which is what she doesn't want, thinking it makes her look rude. She also knows that mistakes are unavoidable and that she will most likely trip over her own feet but hopes the others will be able to save the show by being amazing like they always are.

° HOW YOUR GROUP IMAGINES THE OTHER GROUPS WILL REACT TO THE PERFORMANCE [ hailee ; @chen-le ]:

the girls honestly believe the majority will be surprised at this (if not all). It's most definitely a 360 from their regular concept and a very more mature song. The funny thing about it is too is that their other song I Like U Too Much is about liking a boy while this one is the complete opposite, hating one. The group believes (Shin mostly) that Allstars will find a great kick in this, Dominic more importantly (idk why but I lowkey imagine Shin hating Dominic but there being so much fucking sexual tension there whoops).

They are also led to believe that Mars will be very proud of the girls for showing the whole 'girl power' concept and just rocking the hell out of the stage. And well AXIS, the girls think that the young males probably won't know what to do. They think the 9 would probably be awkward as hell and just kinda stand about but still somewhat enjoy the song. They know it would definitely be awkward for AXIS since they are the only ones that stick with the cutest and fun concept, even with their cover.

Nevertheless the hope to surprise the others and are (somewhat) confident that they will do so.

° ANYTHING ELSE? this dance may be too sexy since Vanilla is still 17 which is underage so you could make her be a bit stiffer during the sexy parts or just talk about how she doesn't go as hard as the others.
