+Cognitive Dissonance __ Howdy. A weak system can only mimic the problem to an extent. The problem is that when scrolling up and down the video player is stuck above the YouTube header region. On a weak system the video player will temporarily stick above the YouTube header region but when you stop scrolling it will tuck itself underneath. *This suggests a clone website where the coding is different.* I don't doubt you have seen *similar* anomalies but not the *same.* "Peekay" has not explained the issue - all he has done is provide one more example of it. I am happy to drop that anomaly if someone can find an example of it in a "known good" piece of footage or if someone can explain how to reproduce the problem. There are still other aspects though - such as the increased view count on a video that "Peekay" has just acknowledged had been removed by YouTube etc.
