>Sees amazing potential in Walker, but it confuses him somewhat. While he'd prefer her to get a cooler head, he recognises a talent for improvisation and illogical yet functional schemes that ought to be fostered, even if he's unsure as to how.
>While he doesn't mind it directly, at times he wishes you would be less distracting for the class. But he knows that's now so much on you than it is on youth and fighting against teenager nature would be pointless.
>Tenacity is good and taking the school motto at heart is great, but a dead hero won't help anyone ever again and Walker in his eyes has all the markings of someone that will bleed herself to death against something she can't possibly handle. In that way, she reminds him of Midoriya, but without an experienced mentor to temper her burning heart.

>Knowing she'd be a scholar were she not on her way to be a heroine, she really appreciates the way Ushi throws herself into her studies: Eagerly, instead of reluctantly.
>She's really, really glad to have Ushi as her second in command in the class government and as an ally at USJ. As someone who's worldviews are based on almost pure theory, the overt trust of someone that powerful is great for her self confidence.
>She knows there's a lot more to Ushi than what her name conveys, but also knows that's not something that can't be ignored. Ushi's bovine traits and physique make as intimidating at times as adorable at others, marking her someone she really doesn't want to see mad and wants to pet and play with her ears when happy.

All Might.
>Sees the heart of a hero in Ushi. Had he met her earlier, she would have been a candidate for OfA, not the top one, but made the list.
>He knows it's dumb, but he likes having americans in his classes. The fact that both seem to appreciate his showmanship makes him happy.
>He has literally 0 sexual attraction to Ushi. Plenty of reasons, but while he'd like to help her stop acting like that, he really doesn't want to be in the same room without 2 witnesses.
Colors are all off, but if he squints, he can see his master's silhouette looking up to him, smiling

Kyoka:

"Walker? Hm... Things are going as planned with her. Her mix of energy, raw power, determination and appearance makes her a natural fit for Hero work... Her relationship with my son? Even better than expected.
Shoto's ...apathy was severely hindering his growth but Walker's companionship has helped him return to the right path, mostly by supporting him, sometimes as leverage.
If there's anything I might regret, it is starting so roughly with her... But with Shoto no doubt telling her about... our family's hardships, I doubt it would have made any difference if I did.
I don't need her to like me, but it would be preferable to count with her voluntary cooperation... And should any more setbacks occur, easy access to my future grandkids would make that last ditch effort somewhat easier."

Cassie - Star and Stripe
"Walker? The Texan girl of U.A.? Of course I've heard of her! I planned to catch the end of U.A.'s tournament since they said All Might was going to present the awards ceremony, and I got to see Walker take down the firecracker... Weird editing choice to cut to commercials there, but japanese T.V. has always been weird.

Her quirk seems to be in line with one of the greats. Most quirks that alter physics tend to be on the higher end of the charts, and she's only... 15? 16 years old? Her physique isn't far behind either. Who's to tell what she'll be able to do by the time she graduates, being taught by the best of the best.

Loanstar... Is her hero name a homage or a coincidence? Am I even old enough to have kids name themselves after my cowl!? I'm not that far into my thirties! Isn't that something that happens to retired heroes?... Should I extend her an offer to be my sidekick when she's done with school? I know I would have liked that, if she really looks up to me.

Her build seems to indicate that she does, or at least agrees with me. We are here to save people and bring hope with an undaunted smile, not sell make up, and she looks like she gets it.

And... well, if she's as strong as I think, we'll meet her sooner than later, right?"
