1. Muted Users
2.
3. These are the users deemed to be delinquents that have had the right to speak in the public chat taken away from them, So once your mod you often get users asking you to un-mute them, i personally am not one to just un-mute somebody so instead i go with this plan, firstly you should ask why they were muted, if the reason is something extreme don't un-mute them, if it's something childish like sex talk or hyperactivity then by all means do so if you feel they are sorry. but make sure you make a condition for doing so - so they feel like they've been given a second chance this actually works with some users, but others are just too much so your judgment should be what your decision is based on. remember you don't have to un-mute them. the server command(s) for muting are /mute name and /unmute Name. pretty straight forward stuff but if you feel unsure still message a fellow mod and ask for advice. This power are available to Owners,Admins,Moderators.

7.
8. This is something commonly overused by most users with auth, A kick is where you boot somebody off the server as opposed to muting them but unlike being muted they can log back on and continue being a nuisance so sometimes it's easier to mute them for a while. Kicking isn't something to use against people you don't like and could potentially get you de-modded if abused so it's essential you keep kicking as a warning, or some form of sign to let them know you've had enough. just be sure to give a reason why you've kicked them when they get back on so they don't assume you did it on purpose. The command(s) for kick are /kick name. This power are available to Owners,Admins,Moderators.

12.
13. Tournaments are beyond a regular occurrence on the PBC server so if you have any level of auth it's vital you understand how to set one up and are able to moderate it accordingly. To start a tournament in the main channel type /tour Tier*Num. Players to join a tournament type /join, to leave a tour type /leave, to dq a specific person type /dq Name, to reset a match ask the people involved to re-challenge and forfeit this resets the match played last and allows you to reset their match by typing /resetmatch Match Num. (each match has an individual number given at the start of each round). Tour admin power only.

17.
18. You'll find more than a few people have megauser auth on the server which is the ability to create, partake in and end tours so it probably won't be un-common to occasionally see somebody DQ a person for no apparent reason if this happens message somebody with higher auth than you or kick the person doing it as a warning you must maintain fairness in all the tours you are watching or partaking in so don't be afraid to use your authority and correct people of their mistakes. if this does happen and the person disqualified is available to battle use the commands /switch player1*player2 Player 1 is the person in the tour, player 2 is the person out of the tour so basically you swap the dq'er for the disqualified this is a fair and simple solution to a headachy problem.
