Howdy guys, it’s Floofi! Today I’ve got an animated storytime for you guys.

This storytime is about toxic friends, a pretty popular topic, that I actually have a great story. I’ve had my fair share of past friends, and even multiple toxic friends. But, these 2 have been the worse I’ve had so far. They’ve given me so much to talk about, this might be a series, this video will talk about the beginning. If this video somehow gets more than 1,000 views, I’ll make another part that helps finish up the main story.

Before the video begins, I want to say that these people and a few others actively have watched me, and there’s a chance they may comment and reveal their identities. Please, if you see them, don’t witch hunt, it’s not cool, and I’m coping as well as I can. (Whisper: You’ll see why I need to cope if I make a part 2)

Flashback to early October, 7th grade, 2018. Life was average, I had some new friends after my old ones went to a new school. We’ll call them Luv and Lei, and they were and still are friends of mine.

I remember there was a new student, and she was odd, caught my eye. Physically, nothing special, kind of large, brown, semi greasy hair, always bent over drawing. I don’t know what caught my eye about her, but it did. We’ll call her, Fern.

I really only took a mental note and went about a few weeks of autopilot brain. Until, word somehow got around that Fern had a YouTube channel. Now, as there was only around 2 other people in the entire grade who had a YouTube channel, I was instantly interested. I called her over and saw her channel. Just some beginner furry animator. But, I got her info to add her on google hangouts and began talking to her. I don’t have the conversation, nor remember it, but it was mainly just some pleasantries.

For the next few weeks I kept hanging out with Luv and Lei, but Fern and this kid we’ll call Rat, kept following us.

Soon, I start realizing that Fern is pretty... off. She didn’t talk to us about her interests, but... I’ll just share a story to explain.

One day, we were all outside and messing around with sticks and stuff by a ditch, and some of my friends began walking off, and Fern was by me. She apparently saw something scuttle in the ditch, and she stops in her track. I turn and ask
 “hey, everything okay, Fern”
And, without looking away from the ditch.
“I just saw Satan himself, and he ran away, what does that say about me.”

I was uncomfortable and left the area and got back to luv. I didn’t mention it, because I was kinda baffled. But no no no, Floofi doesn’t understand a “red flag” and they continue to be polite and nice to them. But, what a nice coincident, they’re on my bus! I normally sit by my friend we’ll call Ace, but I went to sit down across from him, and Fern walked in front of me.
“Can I sit here?”
HnggggggggGGGGGG
“S-sure!” I said, not liking to say no. The entire bus ride, I got this thought of “I don’t really like this person, they give me weird vibes and I don’t wanna be friends.” BUUUUT OF COURSE, FLOOFI’S AN IDIOT AND PROCEEDED TO CONTINUE BEING KIND AND TALKING TO THEM!

This led to her and Rat following me around a lot, but, it got worse. Eventually, Fern got quite jealous of luv and lei. She eventually began saying how “oh so depressed she is” and how “she has no other friends than me” so she began to cut me off from my other friends, so that wasn’t fun.

It was minor things for a while like if I were to point something out about very body sketch anatomy, she’d give me the silent treatment until I apologized, then and only then she’d speak to me, and the words were “fuck you!”

This happened for a while, until she began bullying this other girl we’ll call Vamps, who was socially awkward, and tried to be as kind as she could. Fern would often talk about her behind her back. I didn’t like it, but I was kinda nervous to tell her to stop, as she was lying and saying how “oh so terrible Vamps was” and how “she never cared for us ever”

Fern would get pretty mad when I tried to stand up for what I believe in, so I just had to shut my mouth around her and basically feed into her ego.
“Um... Fern?”
“Yeah.”
“Can you please stop calling me retarded, I don’t like it.”
“Shut up, you do the same fucking thing, you hypocrite.”

This would happen daily, and it really wasn’t fun. But this stuff, this is the tame stuff that happened.

Now, this video is getting kinda long for my first animated storytime, and I’m a bit rusty, so I’m gonna cut it here so I actually have a chance of finishing this. If you guys get this video to 1,000 views, part 2 will come out! Thanks for watching and press F to pay respects.
