  1. This will be of my personal inquiries of Horro Acolyte of the Tribunal. Upon hearing whispers of activities in the dock region I have taken it upon my self to seek out the cause as what might lead to an issue of control if people are coming in through un regulated channels into the country. Unable to tell if it be bandits drows....or heaven forbid those hell spawns.

  3. The Day started early perhaps the sun was just rising as I was finishing a walk around the countryside coming upon a few drunken locals speaking quite loudly. They spoke of hearing heavy cargo moving by there housing District voices late into the evening. When I approached them being of the Tribunal and liquor in there blood they were less then co-operative at a time however upon explaining to them that it might be bandits they were more willing to point the dock area. It lacked anything for large scale.

  5. Being the time was far to dark for anything other then a small recon I checked over the condition of the dock seeing scuff marks clearly new a sign it had been in use. Becoming that of the witching hour I moved away not wishing to be seen by the would be users.

  8. The Next day started quite once more I spoke with the local blacksmith wondering if she might have heard noise being it was behind her establishment to my disappoint she said she heard nothing. I believe her not only due to being a human but as we spoke the sound of metal hitting hammer would almost drown out a conversation we had face to face. After finishing our interaction he spoke of an Elf who had told them how they created weapons with magic. The sheer thought is heresy, something the Tribunal might wish to look into.

  10. When speaking with the local farmers as well as traveler who I could meet on the road they also explained hearing hoofs followed by seeing convos coming from the dock area. upon further examining of the ground I noticed deep gouges in the wet soil.
  11.
  12. The marks of hooves and a cart to small for anything large but small enough for barrels or small creatures. Following the marks down the old stone path behind the blacksmith I noticed the hooves were gathered with foot prints, some leading to the dock however some lead to a rush. pushing what seemed to be a makeshift camo of branches and shrubs I found what seemed to be a cellar door. Opening the door only to be greeted by darkness and the sound of voices far to deep to tell how many were there I have decided to turn in this Inquiry to The Tribunal for further decision on the dock area.

  14. The locals knew nothing of this area only about the dock being used long ago for fishing and as far as I can see from the guards or any local milita none have made a move to the area for the past day with this I can Conclude something other then locals have made this Cellar door there home. We should approach with caution.
