Oh lord okay.

They're 5 foot exactly, and an indeterminate portion of that is a big hat. It's a pointy looking hat, of the witchy variety, that appears to have two large golden eyes on the cone section of the hat. They don't seem to move at all, but are gently lit at all times despite containing no light source.

Their face features two large golden eyes of the same variety, on a background of matte, smooth black. They have no apparent mouth, with a tiny outwards bump for a nose, and two long, elfin looking ears. They occasionally twitch and wiggle to point at nearby sources of sound. Over where their mouth should be is a splash of pristine white bandages, carefully wound and tied into place. They also have what looks like a shock of black hair, the same void-like featurelessness that covers the rest of them.

There are three arms on either side of their shoulders, all sprouting from the same central joint and moving with 100% range of motion despite the crowded nature of each joint. Their fingers don't appear to end in nails, or really anything. They're just a soft, somewhat malleable silhouette all over. Their texture is cool, and somewhat squishy, with an odd solid texture underneath.

In addition to their hat, they wear a dark blue leather pea-coat with a high collar, that frames their face and nearly touches their hat at all times. They have a black leather sash as well, covered in pouches and pockets and loops that are full of treasures, and prizes, and values.

Their coat is usually unbuttoned, revealing that they have a large, toothy mouth across their stomach! It's got big, oddly shaped teeth with large canines that seem to be large fangs! A black tongue occasionally flicks out of the mouth. On each pectoral, they also have smaller mouths that can occasionally be seen poking out as their coat flaps.

They do not wear pants! Instead, they seem to be covered from the waist down in bandages, which get less tightly wrapped towards their feet. Their feet are matte black, just like the rest of them, with no features. Indeed, any part of their body that is not covered with clothes appears to be at least modestly covered with loosely wound white and blue bandages.

From their hips, a few bandages spool outwards quite a ways, and are wrapped around two different blades. One is a thick, heavy looking executioner's sword, with a blue handle and black steel blade. The other is what appears to be something close to a tuna knife, with a blue blade and a dark black wooden handle. Both are typically sheathed in black leather scabbards, wrapped with blue cloth bandages.

-They have minor shapeshifting, and can take on the appearance of mostly any gender, skintone, and even humanoid species that they like.
-They wield POWERFUL shield magic, and can also danmaku out of their arms. They use their arms to weave magic while their bandages chop with swords.
-Their bandages can be used independantly as limbs, for grasping. And stuff.
-If they pull up their collar and slide their bandages upwards, they can unhinge their entire face into one big mouth, using their hat's eyes as eyes for a big chompy face! It bites hard, and is generally much more aggressive than them by default. It's a combat form!
-They can also open mouths on each of their hands.
