  10. Description: Floyd, who was visiting a male neighbor of the Porters that he was in a sexual relationship with, broke into the Porter’s home. He then beat John with a metal table while demanding his wallet, before shooting him in the head. He then
  11. shot Diane in the stomach and, as she lay bleeding, he demanded her bank card and PIN number, before shooting at and missing her head. He then fled in their SUV.
