- Topiary and Ryan Cleary pleaded guilty to various computer misuse charges at Southwark Crown Court today. Ryan Ackroyd, thought to be ‘Kayla’, and one un-named 17-year old youth pleaded not guilty to their charges.
- Topiary pleaded guilty to two of the four charges against him, including involvement in an attack on the Serious Organized Crime Agency (SOCA) website.
- Ryan Cleary admitted six of the eight charges against him, including attacks on the CIA and Pentagon.
- The alleged co-hackers Ryan Ackroyd and the un-named 17-year old student denied any involvement in illegal activities.
- All four will now stand trial on the denied charges in April next year.
