6)Why should you be hired, and what can you contribute to the staff team?

-I should be hired cause I think I'm a good team player, and been in the graal community for years.
Being years in the community means I can use my knowledge fo find solutions.

7)You see another staff member abusing their rights, what do you do?

- when I see another staff member abusing their rights, I warn them that he's not supposed to do that.
if he keeps on abusing his rights, I will report this to the PRa.

8)You are having a disagreement with another staff member, how do you handle this?

- I will keep stay professional and keep my mouth, arguing won't help anything.
as well maybe try to talk about the disagreement and see if we can find a solution for our disagreement.

9)Astram PMs you and says that Sabdoy wont stop harassing him (pretend they arent staff), what do you do?

- I will check this & if so, I will GAG sabdoy for a few minutes, if he keeps on harassing astram. I'm going to jail sabdoy for 1-2 hours.

10) A player PMs you saying they think another player is hacking/spawning/doing something illegal, how do you go about seeing if this is true?

-Jail/ban this player and report this to a higher up.
