A love triangle on a college campus between two young students who try to deny their feelings for each other. The entry of a lecturer who has a soft corner for the boy, changes things around.
Enroute overseas, Sachein reflects on his college life, his friends, as well as fellow-collegian, Shalinii, who he had instantly fallen in love with. She, too, is attracted to him, but is practical-minded and believes that true romance can only take place after a couple have known each other for some time. Both continue meeting but she is offended when she finds out that graffiti has linked their names together. She suspects his hand behind this, but he denies it, and she asks him to prove his love within 30 days. He sets about to woo her not realizing that their lives will undergo many changes after the entry of Gowtham/Singhania, and Manju - who is determined to make Sachein fall for her - while her parents have already made arrangements for her marriage with a male settled in Canada.
first of all I regret wasting my time watching this movie. I watched it because a friend recommended it saying "It's hilarious". And because i love comedy movies, so I watched it immediately. First of all, I can say that actors were trying to make comedy in the movie but they failed. I actually laughed in one or two scenes but the rest were boring. Away from the comedy part I think this movie was made in a period when Indian movies were still toooooooooo exaggerating. I mean when you watch the fights you will say WTF!!!!!!!!!!! I mean these moves are accepted in something like "The Matrix", "The One", ...... etc But in a comedy/romance movie? C'mon guys it is not acceptable. I can say that the story is good but all these other things made it disappear in a bad context. I don't recommend watching this movie.
This movie is strictly for Vijay fans. Otherwise expect for the actors dressed in nice costumes and good camera work there is nothing worth writing about. The movie deals about love for the immature and the retarded with a sorry excuse of comedy scenes done by the irritable actor, by the name Vadivelu. I don't understand why Bipasha agreed to act in this movie. Neither her role nor her acting make any sense. Raghuvaran does another minuscule role and he comes all the way from a foreign country in a trench coat because Vijay forgets to call him. He talks to vijay and immediately leaves??? If you want to see a sensible movie, don't waste your time on this one.
