I am writing this email in regards to Loan Number 1-015506 MSFAA# 0122431738 I qualified for the Repayment Assistance Program and made payments prior to being accepted into the Ontario Disability Support Program in November of 2022 I am trying to have my RAP updated to the RAP-D so that i may continue making payments. And Reapply for art school and begin to move forward in my career. I have been unable to obtain OSAP when i applied in January 2023 to Sheridan there were a bunch of issues in regards to paperwork and delays that caused me to lose out a year of my life.
