She is apathetic, and has a very hard time getting motivated to do much of anything; if presented with a problem, she'd most likely just get someone else to solve it for her, or at the very least put the minimum amount of effort into solving it herself. That being said, any display of kindness or pleasantness is more than likely a ruse to get her way.
