PERSONALITY:; siyeon is very hardworking and determined, she has her eyes set on success and a plan on how she can achieve it. because of that, she sometimes comes across as cold and rude but she doesn’t mean to come across that way; she likes to think that she’s a nice person. her sense of humour is very strange as well and she usually laughs at the wrong times to things that aren’t even meant to be funny. she is also supportive of her friends and confident in her skills.
BACKGROUND:; she was raised in ilsan as the second oldest of four children and had a pretty average upbringing. nothing too dramatic happened but she was seen as ‘smart’ in school and was very mature for her age. her parents used to make her study a lot and it paid off in the end. aside from that, siyeon also enjoyed music and loved to rap — she was inspired by her older brother who was wrote and rapped his own lyrics at the time. she then decided to audition for the entertainment company when she was 16, because she felt like she had what it took and had the ability to become an idol. her parents supported her decision but her older brother didn’t and he warned her about the “dark side” of the k-pop industry. siyeon understood where he was coming from but still auditioned anyway because she thought that it was her destiny to become an idol
