okay, so I'll be as honest as i can manage here, and attempt to say it as undiplomatically (aka bluntly) as i can possibly manage.

okay so, to start, there's several things that have had me acting uppity and less pleasant recently in general, anger, anxiety, fear, etc, due to personal issues and things i should  talk to someone about/be getting help for, I've been very snappy recently and quick to trigger, furthermore, he's, well he's biologically old enough to be my father and he does sometimes act like my father in certain ways, which just, very much so "triggers" me, seeing as my relationship with my father is rough so to speak, again, not his fault, but it does invoke some more antagonistic behaviour on my side, though usually for (in my opinion) still for good reasons. even if overtly aggressive ~~though any aggression is overtly aggressive but lets not get into that~~

now onto things that i do find are somewhat more personal reasons, he when something happens tends to put it on someone else, even when for example the majority of people (or, everyonee but him) kept saying we didn't watch the movie `9` but he kept insisting we had and we where all remembering it wrong, furthermore he has on, if i recall correctly several occasions seemingly after feeling/looking like he was personally insulted, attempted to put what happened in a light that it was the other person that was in the wrong. through not false, but slightly misleading statements, furthermore, he's one of the more active staff-members yet seems to not take any actions, whether this is because any actions done aren't visible to the public, or because he's not just done any, is up for debate, seeing as he's usually the first staff member to reply to some drama that happens or anything of the sort, but tends to "throw it up the ladder" so to speak, even if he has the ability, right and obligation to act.

this one is, more on acey, then on him, ~~sorta,... not really~~ but he's been continuously defending acey with "they're busy" and such, which i find a very pence-y move because if you know you're going to be very busy or are just very busy you should make sure that a place you're in charge of is fully capable of running itself without having to wait on you. for days if not longer. his, defence of this decision and this in-action on acey's behalf is something that also does quite bother me.

now it's also a fact that [] has been doing according to him a lot of the work, not just on the bot but on the server as well, now i totally get you having shit internet and thus being not very well-suited to do said work, kim having her house burnt down and all the happenings that left her unable to really do too much for a good amount of while and getting busy around all that, and that dark has lost drive and interest in leading the void all-together, and thus actually has the void *muted* for crying out loud, and has, for some unknown reason not stepped down yet, futhermore i do also get that acey is busy irl with things, but again, should have had a proper replacement. he himself, while working and such, appears to have a good amount of free time, and to my opinion should be able to take some of the workload off off []. while i get that he can't code, there's no reason rhine couldn't've done the rules and other such things. refusing to even attempt to step up as far as i can see. then again, my vision is limited and maybe, *maybe* he's been doing things outside of our vision, but from how he spoke about it i highly doubt that, oh and he also kinda gave me warnings that weren't done in the official manner and thus not coming across as official warnings, henceforth bringing the number of *official warnings* i recieved at a whopping **2** at the point i was banned for having too many (3) warnings, this was due to him not giving the warnings out in an official manner, which i take some offense to because that's is simply unprofessional behaviour of a staffmember.

i... that's about everything i can currently think of, i could give another one on dark if you want, and mine on acey would be shorter, but still there, mine on yours would be more about you not having the proper facilities to be able to moderate properly currently, then about anything about you personally, so would kim's rant
