  1. Message: I liked your coverage recently. New York coverage was great and the fill in hosts have also been awesome to hear. I was listening to the discussion on the Agile system not working. There is a great book called "The Phoenix Project" by Gene Kim which is a story based book that discusses these types of issues. The book is written as a novel that discusses the nuts and bolts of DevOps. It is a great book and I highly recommend it. There is also a follow up book that describes more of the how "The DevOps Handbook" by Gene Kim. I work in a manufacturing environment and the concepts are the same as those from the Lean (Toyota Production System). I find these practices to be universally true. If you haven't read the book it is definitely worth it.
