  1. While it is true that some heroes win and some heroes lose, in SCIC TEPA Ops, the fate of both characters isn't unclear. This was because in the final mission, when you defeat the last boss, Kimberly, all three characters kept arguing with each other as to if the things they have done are even right in the first place.
  2.
  3. They do actually win, but everyone is actually alive during the scene.
  4.
  5. Hyacinth even stated that she couldn't do anything else but question if there is anything leading to any of Kimberly's evils in the first place, and was angered to know that all this time, nothing that Kimberly does had a purpose. The drink me bottle and eat me cake is actually useless for anything, all of Kimberly's best friends had become the TEPA's best friends (as seen in a cutscene), all creatures invented by Kimberly had no purpose other than to do evil, and Kimberly had been misusing the true power of light manipulation for her entire life.
  6.
  7. Later, both Hyacinth and Perry have to return to the headquarters because of the fact that they could not stand seeing Kimberly anymore and simply wanted to say goodbye. Kimberly then believed the return to Perry and Hyacinth to their headquarters to be an improper sacrifice, believing that she should have been the one to kill them, and no one else should kill them, because she argued she was the only one worthy of sacrificing her. As it turned out, because she never got to kill Perry and Hyacinth, she had to express anger for both Perry and Hyacinth, because after being defeated, she couldn't believe that she never got to kill Perry and Hyacinth, and was also jealous of the number of virtues they do outweigh the number of sins Kimberly has. Feeling both sorrowful and wrathful for never getting to do any sacrifice at all, Kimberly put one of her tears and mixed it with the drink me bottle, and tried to throw it to Perry as a last resort for the sacrifice, but Kimberly failed, and instead had no choice but to have everything in her mansion destroyed, realizing many things in her mind, such as Kimberly doing far too many sins since she was a kid, trying to find a reason for a sacrifice, committing the seven deadly sins, realizing what she does is of no purpose, then realizing that Perry may actually die at some point, then realizing that she has done many evils to this world, and realizing that what Perry said might actually be right. This is the supporting argument that both Perry had won and Kimberly has lost.
  8.
  9. As it turned out, Perry and Hyacinth doesn't know what the sacrifice is for, and when they do know, it was because Kimberly hated Perry so much because she had saved the world and Perry's virtues outweigh Kimberly's sins, and Kimberly had pride against the entire human race.
  10.
  11. SCIC TEPA Ops was designed in such a way that the story could either continue in Aftermath of the TEPA, or SCIC TEPA Ops ends.
  12.
  13. None of the bosses in the SCIC TEPA Ops are actually difficult to beat. The most difficult boss in SCIC TEPA Ops is the Huntswoman, but she is actually somewhat slow at attacking because it takes at least ten seconds for her to attack you. Ironically, Kimberly Natasha (Queen of Hearts) is the final boss, but it is easy to beat, because this time, it takes at least thirty seconds for her to attack you, and ten seconds at the hardest attack. You would actually gain at least 10,000 points when you manage to hurt her. Her weak point is also her entire body. The only thing compensating for that is a massive amount of health. This is why SCIC TEPA Ops is undesirable for professional gamers, and even niche professional gamers have been able to complete it in around 8 hours, the shortest time the game actually takes to complete. The weak points of the bosses are as follows:
  14.
  15. The Dark Gryphon: belly and head.
  16. The Knightess of Hearts: belly, elbows and thighs.
  17. The Wicked Witch: Head.
  18. The Card Soldiers: Belly.
  19. D.I.N.A.H.: Head, belly, elbows, and thighs.
  20. Jabberwocky: Engines, wings, and horizontal stabilizers.
  21. The Dark Fairy: The wings, the tail fin, and the tail wings.
  22. Queen of Hearts' Carriage: Wheels, windows, headlights.
  23. The Mad Fairy: The torso.
  24. The Huntswoman: Hands, arms, legs and thighs.
  25. Queen of Hearts: The entire body.
  26.
  27. Completing all 50 missions unlocks Hyacinth Beatrice, but it also unlocks other characters' abilities. She has 7800 units of health, 2600 units of body armor for extra protection, and only loses 50-100 health units from ordinary enemies, and 100-200 from bosses at best. Aftermath of the TEPA is slightly more challenging, but all of the bosses are still somewhat easy, with The Magician of Fate (Sophie Johnson, final boss of SCIC Aftermath of the TEPA), having 2,048,000 units of health, and its weak point formerly unknown. However, Sophie Johnson still has a large surface area for weak points, and later the weak points have been revealed to be this: left foot, left arm, right thigh, right hand, right arm. Newer versions of the game have the weak point clearly visible. Hyacinth Beatrice has powers of lightning, and has a special ability called "lightning bolt" which automatically aims at random enemies if there is visible, and fires a lightning bolt at them, effectively killing them with one shot.
  28. Here are the powers that the characters have:
  29.
  30. Perry = Water
  31. Hyacinth = Lightning
  32. Claude = Air
  33. Mitchell = Earth
  34.
  35. These special powers get activated at mission 10.
  36.
  37. In The Day that Evil Never Died, the Queen of Hearts appears at Mission 40, and her weak point is everywhere as well. The boss is actually now somewhat harder as now her weak point is everywhere, but to compensate for this, when she is teleporting somewhere, you cannot shoot her. The amount of health is now 2,048,000 just like Sophie Johnson. The last boss (ironically called "Mome Raths") consisted of four colorful animals possessed by evil and their weak points are unknown. Later the weak points have been revealed, and they are:
  38.
  39. Dragon: Both left foot and right foot.
  40. Fox: Both his left and right hands.
  41. Tiger: All four feet.
  42. Turtle: The center of his shell.
  43.
  44. The Queen of Hearts' weak point is actually her entire body, by comparison.
  45.
  46. SCIC Dream of the Dragon had a bug where, in Mission 20, the Executioner's weak point card appears too early, the health bar fills for far too long and the Executioner doesn't appear until her health bar fills. As it turned out, instead of people actually treating it as a suspenseful moment, it actually turned out to be a bug because usually the bosses actually appear BEFORE the weak point card appears. The bug was later fixed in a January 2018 update.
  47.
  48. If you recall, the weak points for the bosses in Aftermath of the TEPA are as follows:
  49.
  50. The Fool's Chariot: The windscreen.
  51. The Hanged Man: The rotor and engines.
  52. The Hierophant of Evil: Entire body.
  53. The Sun, Moon, And Stars: The noses.
  54. The Wheel of Death: The propellers.
  55.
  56. The Emperor of the Sea: The submarine's body.
  57. The High Priestess: The right arm.
  58. The Empress of Wrath: Her head.
  59. The Chariot of Temperance: Windows.
  60. The Magician of Fate: Left foot, left leg, right thigh, right hand, right arm.
  61.
  62. SCIC TEPA Ops's boss names were inspired by evil things in fairytales, mostly Alice in Wonderland.
  63. Aftermath of the TEPA's boss names were named after modified names of tarot cards.
  64. SCIC Dream of the Dragon's boss names were a mix of both, three tarot cards (Strength , The Tower of Justice, The Chariot of Temperance Mark Zero). and five of them not named after them (The Executioner, Queen of Hearts Mark Zero)
  65. The Mark Zero implies that it's simply an earlier version of the boss.
  66.
  67. Also, the Tower of Justice is somewhat misleading because the boss is actually a road train with two trailers.
  68.
  69. On the other hand the bosses are somewhat more challenging, but it's still somewhat too easy because of the weak points.
  70.
  71. Strength: The rotors and windows.
  72. The Tower of Justice: The trailer boxes.
  73. Chariot of Temperance Mark Zero: The entire body except for wheels.
  74. The Executioner: Pretty much its entire body.
  75. Queen of Hearts: Pretty much her entire body.
  76.
  77. SCIC TEPA Ops' plot was inspired by many fairytales, with 70% of the plot inspired on Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, with the other 10% inspired by much of Grimm's and Andersen's fairytales.
  78. SCIC AotTEPA's plot was not based on any fairytale at all.
  79. SCIC DotD's plot was inspired partially by Peter Pan.
  80. There is some theory that there may be other fairytales that could have been used.
  81. SCIC The Day That Evil Never Died was based partially on Through the Looking Glass, and much of SCIC TEPA Ops' plot.
  82.
  83. There was a myth made by one person stated that Rhodium Entertainment worked in conjunction with Disney to make the plot of the game and they designed it with the help of Disney themselves so that they were able to use the stories that Disney made in the game.
  84.
  85. However, this is not true at all. Disney movies in fact started as famous children's books and their fame was already well known long before Disney even existed. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was written in 1865, more than 80 years before the Disney movie based on it was released. Grimm's Fairy Tales goes back even older, being published in 1812, more than 125 years before the animated Snow White and The Seven Dwarves animated movie was even released, in 1937. Andersen's Fairy Tales were published in 1837, more than 150 years before The Little Mermaid was released, being released in 1989 Which does mean one thing:
  86.
  87. Rhodium Entertainment has not worked with Disney in the development of any of their SCIC games. The books that Disney movies were based on were on the public domain and are actually several hundreds of years old. Disney does not actually own any copyright to the stories used in their movies. In fact, they have never worked with Disney, nor did anyone knowing the existence of this myth remember Disney actually working with Rhodium Entertainment, and they even went further to say that such a partnership would not happen even in the foreseeable future. As fans of the game don't remember ever having seen a Rhodium Entertainment - Disney partnership, this myth was debunked very quickly. And as most people DO know that there actually ARE books that Disney stories are based on, this myth is completely incorrect. No one in Rhodium Entertainment remembered ever having worked with Disney at all.
  88.
  89. To support even more of these theories, Rhodium Entertainment released an audiobook of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland in January 22 2018, marking the first anniversary of the first significant update of SCIC TEPA Ops, with Samantha Anderson being the narrator, and much of the SCIC TEPA Ops's cast as the characters, with Perry Hanakawa as Alice. Another audiobook was released with Perry Hanakawa voicing the entire audiobook. Both audiobooks was very popular and well received in YouTube.
  90.
  91. SCIC TEPA Ops's soundtrack has two soundtracks:
  92. 1. Its main soundtrack, which was composed of 51 songs.
  93. 2. Another unofficial, but well-received soundtrack, consisting of games that had their existence previously unknown, most of them being from GameHouse, Alawar, and Reflexive and Popcap games (the latter of which is actually moderately well known).
  94.
  95. The Day that Evil Never Died is the end of the entire SCIC storyline.
  96.
  97. The Leg Warmer Crew is the beginning of the SCIC storyline, taking place in 1978 until 1984. A 10-minute long short film was released called "1984: The Queen of Hearts Down The Rabbit Hole" shows the origin of much of Kimberly's evils and why she got the title of Queen of Hearts and explains the origin of a city raid/attack shown in SCIC The Leg Warmer Crew.
  98.
  99. The name "SCIC TEPA Ops" is actually referred to that because the name of the game is rather long. "Special Criminal Investigation Confidential: Tactical Elite Police Agency Operations" Because of this, most people would call it SCIC or just TEPA Ops. Since then, the title has not been changed, so most people refer it to either "SCIC TEPA Ops", or just "TEPA Ops".
