  31. Upon uploading, you have an option to submit it for the design contest.

  33. Upload > Upload for Design Contest

  35. Upon clicking Upload for Design Contest, it pulls up the "summary" string and the image for the contest. If you press Continue, you will be given a confirm ping. Clicking yes uploads it. Also uploads to the public as well.

  37. Moderators and Administrators may add, queue or delete design contests. They also have a say in placement in design contests

  39. Leaderboard challenges: top 5 players get currency of some sort.
