A. We are prepared to fight in said mountains. It wouldn't be the first time we'd fight Alb in them.
B. Even if we weren't prepared for it, mountains are difficult to attack and the defending side on the high ground will always have the advantage.
C. I'm not fighting alone. I have allies (Well, mainly Aq) with me.
D. I was supposed to have a pretty large influx of veteran soldiers in 1923 after Tridentum, but since that's no longer happening, I'll use the manpower some other way
