What kind of player do you consider yourself to be?
During progression I always make sure to have enough stock of consumables, looking up tactics before hand & look in the dungeon journal to see what the boss mechanics are so I have a rough idea of what's going to happen.

Looking at the boss timers are a huge thing as well, I have them where I can easily see them to know what's about to come in.
I am very good at adapting to a raid tactic once I've seen it happen I know how it will happen and what I had to do to not die.

I'm calm under pressure, if we're close to a kill I don't go crazy I just keep looking at boss timers, peoples health bars while dodging boss mechanics.
What is your mentality towards improving?
I'm always looking for opportunities to better myself, after raids I look at logs to see what I can do better for the next raid.
I use wowanalyzer after every raid, it's a really good website to see what areas you can improve on like casts, maybe I'm not casting a spell as often I should.

How much overhealing I did, how much down time I might've had where I could have done some damage.

I make it a point after every raid or at the weekend to look over my logs and focus on better myself for the team.
Our schedule is 20:00 to 23:00 Wednesday, Sunday and Tuesday. Is this doable for you?
This is very doable for me as I finish work at 5 server time and will be home about 5:30.
I also have no commitments during the weekends as both myself and boyfriend play WoW.
We are looking for players that are willing to improve and can handle criticism . Are you able to take constructive criticism when your performance is sub-par?
I always welcome the chance to improve, if that means people pointing out that I can do something better, I shall take that on and make sure that next raid I will be better.

VuhDo because it's a really good addon for healing.

DBM because of the timers which are crucial to succeed in raids.

Details, it's a great tool to see what someone died to, spell break down and analyzing

And ElvUI because it looks pretty!

I left due to the lack of leadership and the general raiding atmosphere were going downhill due to no organisation from the GM/Officers.
GM constantly re rolling to different classes, not listening to anyone and abusing his powers.

Well from reading you wowprogress it sounds like you are a kind of guild that I would enjoy raiding in.

I always come prepared for raids, that includes boss tactics, consumables and enchants.
I take raiding very seriously and want to get a lot done within the raiding times.
Do you have any alternative characters? Are you competitive with these alts? Please tell us about your alts.
I have all healing classes up to date apart from Priest.

My Druid/Paladin logs aren't as good as they can be because in Massive we had no healing rotation, everything was called for and you weren't allowed to use CD's if they didn't call.

For example, on Mistress Mythic on Druid my Tranq was never called for so I either ended up using it once or not at all.
Which is not that fun.
