Nobility - Those born with souls. They live in the large, mountained-off city in the middle of the island.

Soul Dump - The Soul Dump is a place that is only spoken of in legends, but is accepted as a place that exists. It is known as the place where all souls originate from, and where all souls will go to in the end. Its location is currently unknown.

Soul - Something that creates life force. Takes pieces of one's personality for itself upon the owner's death. Either Tainted, Pure, or Neutral. There can be more than one soul in a body.

Tainted Soul - The spirit of one that conducts evil deeds, or a soul gained through the death of the owner of the soul. The tained soul comes with both a large boon, but also a curse.  Creates tainted life force. If it is gained through the action of killing the previous owner, it acts as a beacon, marking you until it is no longer tainted.

Tainted Life Force - Life force with more pack for its punch, but, also has the chance of tainting the owner. A tainted person will not last long before they fade away.

Neutral Soul - A soul that has not yet been influenced by an owner's actions, or was owned by someone who was perfectly neutral. They grant no boons or curses, but will adapt itself to your element.

Pure Soul - A soul that is, or was, owned by one who always had pure intentions and actions. They grant a smaller boon than a Tainted Soul, but give no curse.

Life Force - A force that everyone needs to survive. When an organism is given birth to, they are given enough life force to survive until they enter adulthood. From then on, however, they are living off of what they gather.  They have to kill and/or eat other living creatures to gather life force. Once it is gathered, it molds itself to the owner's element.

Element - Nearly anything can be considered an element. A person's life force inherently has an element, and the magic that they use is based around that element.

Magic - The manipulation of one's life force for the purpose of use outside of the body.
