  1. The Wehrmacht
  2.
  3.
  4. The Wehrmacht is the unified armed forces of Germany. It is composed of Heer (army), Kriegsmarine (Navy) and Luftwaffed (Air Force). In time of war the Waffen-SS is also put under the Wehrmacht (In Heer). The Wehrmacht is led by the Oberkommando des Wehrmacht (OKW).
  5.
  6.
  7. Generalstab des Einsatzheeres (General staff of the reserver army)
  8.
  9. In our case, all units of the Wehrmacht create a reserve army. The General Staff of the reserve army is in charge of all of it's branches (23rd, 95th, 9.SS) and their operations. It consists of a Generalleutnant and a Generalmajor

  16. This is a Feldgendarmerie company. The Feldgendarmerie is uniformed military police. The Feldgendarmerie's main task (In-Game) is to maintain discipline within the Wehrmacht. They have extensive jurisdiction over members of the Wehrmacht, excluding CO and higher, having the authority to arrest them and host military courts.
  17.
  18. Their secondary tasks (In-Game) are training new recruits and hosting specialized training and drills with different companies within the Wehrmacht with the permission of a Feldgendarmerie CO and a CO of the trained company. They also help hosting and organising mandatory trainings.
  19.
  20.
  21.
  22.
  23. 23. Infanterie Division Kompanie "Viktor"
  24.
  25. This is a regular infantry company which is part of the reserve army stationed in Berlin and it's outskirts. This company is stationed in a military base built in Berlin. Their main role is intervening when the police (ORPO) is being outpowered/numbered and needs reinforcements, acting as an elite fighting force. They can intervene in situations such as raids (PD, Reichstag etc) big police raids on bases, big fights, dealing with big groups of armed infividuals etc. They can be sent out on missions by a CO+. In the case in which there is no CO on the server, command is taken by a CO of 9th SS. In the worst case scenario when there is no CO in either 23rd of 9th they will be commanded by the highest NCO. Leaving the military base without an order is strictly forbidden and will result in harsh punnishment (Unless in a situation of emergency).Their secondary roles are guarding the MB and manning checkpoints.

  39. The 1st SS also named "Adolf Hitler" started as Hitlers personal bodyguards but later grew to a division-seized unit. Their role is guarding the Reichstag and high ranking individuals, sometimes acting as personal drivers and bodyguards. They have extensive jurisdiction within the Reichstag being able to mostly do anything as long as it provides more safety to it and the people inside. The only people that they have no jurisdiction over are SD and Gestapo officials. You are allowed to act as engineers, building defensed for the Reichstag. You may not leave the Reichstag and it's outskirts without an order to so do (besides the case of an emergency).
  40.
  41.
  42.
  43. Inland Sicherheitsdienst (SD)
  44.
  45. The Inland SD is the principal organization for the gathering of information and the addressing of threats within Nazi Germany. They are the intelligence agency of the SS and one of the most important departments within the RSHA. It is intended for the SD to bring every single individual within the Third Reich's reach under continuous supervision.
  46.
  47. The SD is tasked with the detection of enemies of the Nazi leadership and the neutralization of this opposition. The organization consisted of a few hundred full-time agents and several thousand informants. An additional task assigned to the SD was the supervision of morale within the populace, being authorized to swiftly deal with any
  48. defeatists or deserters.
  49.
  50. As a member of the SD, your task is to keep tabs on the populace and officers of the Reich in order to eliminate any potential threats, internal or external. You have the authority to check property, documents and identification when there is reasonable suspicion. You are also in charge of the “Race & Ethnicity” program, which authorizes you to deal with all ‘undesirables’ in an appropriate manner.
  51.
  52. As an officer of the SD, you should assume a commanding position during fieldwork, using the Gestapo and the ORPO to help you achieve your goals. As the SD is the most prominent out of the three agencies, an officer of the SD should take the initiative in deciding how operations should be carried out.
  53.
  54. As an SD member you have to be ruthless and show no remorse or empathy. (IC)
  55.
  56.
  57. Geheime Staatspolizei (Gestapo)
  58.
  59. The Gestapo is the secret state police of the Third Reich. Their duties are similar to those of the SD, but they instead mainly focus on illegal activity and interrogation. The Gestapo works with the police force to process complaints filed by civilians and to root out criminals and troublemakers within Berlin.
  60.
  61. As a member of the Gestapo, you should seek to create a network of informants in different paths of life and organizations to obtain as much information as possible. This is especially useful when dealing with organized crime. Furthermore, you may utilize a civilian outfit to contact your hidden informants and to watch suspicious civilians. When required, you will be the one to interrogate suspects and felons. You may also utilize the local police force to complete your tasks, especially when you decide to enter a suspicious building by force.
  62.
  63. As an officer of the Gestapo, you should listen to the officers of the SD and assist them in any way you can. When there is no task at hand, you may operate independently to process complaints or track down illegal activity.
  64.
  65. In-Game the Gestapo will also take the role of the Kriminalpolizei (Kripo) (Criminal Police), this being dealing with serious crimes
  66.
  67.
  68. Ordnungspolizei (ORPO)
  69.
  70. The Ordnungspolizei is the uniformed city police of the state. Its members are standard policemen that answer to the SD and the Gestapo when assistance is required. It has been integrated into the RSHA and has its own command office, the Ordnungspolizei Hauptamt (Main Office of the Uniformed Police.)
  71.
  72. The ORPO, like every police force, deals with all forms of crime (robberies, attacks, distribution/possession/production of contraband) and more. It is the executive tool of the RSHA, providing the manpower and firearms required for the missions of the SD and Gestapo to succeed. When they have not been assigned to a member of the SD or Gestapo, officers of the ORPO patrol the streets and assist civilians whenever appropriate.
  73.
  74. As a member of the police, you should always follow the orders of your superiors. Once you reach the rank of Hauptwachtmeister within the Ordnungspolizei, you will be eligible to join the Gestapo or the SD.
