Rachel Hellsing Rework

In too referencing that this is a rework i will be doing some minor to major changes concerning about her powers, abilities, background, personality and other needed info about this particular char. I will also be removing some powers and adding and explaining information of new powers she would of acquired.

Species: Artificial Vampire(Alucards clone), Vampire race
History(Past): Rachel Hellsing what makes her tick and why is she so different than Alucard himself but considerably weaker? for the time at least. As much as we all know we dont know at least not even she new why she isn't as strong as him and why she is so hated from him, but though she is a clone from him there are SEVERAL major differences physical appearance wise meaning she is not entirly his clone per say...during the clonning sequence a strand of hair fell into the mix and got mixed into the DNA sequence and thats why her appearances looks so different but not her abilities. As you know a strand of hair only can do so much and the genetics of Alucards powers was already set in, So Alucard managed to isolate the parts of her DNA and thus Rachel was born. Thrown in the world with little to no explanation of what she is, or who she is Rachel had to figure out how to read and write, talk, walk, speak and mostly do everything you would had done at birth. However Rachels insanely high IQ vastly out ranges Alucard and her skill to learn and comprehend any topic made it useful for her to quickly learn and travel to another subject. She had learned how to read and write and everything nice in a very short amount of time. however she used the wealth and riches of the older men she had to sleep with to get what she wants, she only used the hellsings wealth to make her look wealthier...she was of course the smartest and almost exceeded there actual wealth and stored them all in her private vault within her mansion within her own Alucard dimension but for her only. However she was still a virgin why? mainly by the fact the older men were around there 80's and made it easy for her to poison him or even her before they sleep together and generally the poison would get filtered out the body mainly the poison just made the person have a heart attack and made it look like an ordinary death. And sh ewould had inherrited everything due to the fact of sharing a bed together. However Rachel at this time was sadistic, Wicked, and not so humble she didnt bow to anyone unless she needed to for survival. She soon became what we all still know her as a "Genetics master" And began working on the varrious kinds of weaknesses on a vampire increasing her tolerance to holy weapons and other weaknesses ot vampires as well as others. During the ends of the Trade Zone Rachel meet a fine young man William Blacheart who had made a serious impact with her life, she fell in love with him and so did he but it wasnt all that romantic as it seems. See they would try to kill one another in the most stealthiest way a game Rachel never beated him in. William was smart, cunning and taught her a various of things and so did she. She helped him leave the messengers and join the Guardians instead. this love soon escalated and they set down there wicked selves permanently. He gave everything to her his time knowledge and neglected his dutys as a guardian for her, she on the other hand didn't see him as a another way to gain money he honestly didn't had a lot of money on him but she devoted her every minute to  him. And than set aside her experimentation and soon began to help other people make medicines, help the world as best she can instead of harm it. Rachel became good and William became her husband, and for a time she was happy beyond measure she didn't think she could fell in love but here they are and he was the only person who could completely waste her in bed(Even in every ERPS i used to go on with her she never passed out LOL). They than decided to gain kids and raise a family she had twins which she named "Ashely" and "Angelica". they both grew into love fine women one had William strong set of ideals, personality and will power will the other was shy, intimidated easily but immensely powerful. However Rachel did felt pity for Alucard and made something for him that never again he'd had to fear a true human (this was approved to so rip) on the day she came to him he just decided to blow up her torso with a duel wielding unoriginal sniper faggot that wasn't him either way he should of waited till she gave it to him but oh well!. Rachel pieces though was collected via a rift that was made behind her which the pieces fell in. Rachel was THAN revived (However the action was clearly voided a year later however i got the revival thing approved as MIlkydud was still a mod and he said she could of been revived if i had the peps which i did XD but i pref this story results though). It took 2 gallons of vampire blood and almost the life of Angelica to complete the revival and Rachel was than yet again revived. However the amount of time she was gone was unknown, as William was killed by Sallius due to Alucard seeing him as a threat when he began selling well made holy weaponry to everyone and was too much a coward to do it himelf. Rachel moarned for her husband and devoted her every waken moment to her daughters, than Angelica messenger of tears became messenger of fear but a day later died as well as every other messenger by Alucard. Rachel lost one daughter but than a few years later ashely was than taken and probably killed (By akus) taken by another guardian...Rachel was furious she expected them to die from another ones hand not by there own but a lost a lost. Rachel became power hungry, but when she lost ashely, she lost her faith in herself.....but before that her project to reworking herself was nearly complete.
	But Rachel vowed she will bring Alucards family to the blade, kill all the hellsings herself and make each one suffer....maybe she'll pay his daughter a visit?


Background(present): After a series of experimentations using data plans, she finally purified her DNA as well as completing it, she also resurrected an ancient dragon and put its genes into her own given her another unique set of abilities. She converted it all into a serum, once she injected it caused her body to change significantly as well as several new attributes given as well as new abilities and which some can be similar towards Alucard. However Rachel cannot use the power of dev unless she changes into her dragon form. This also applies that Rachels, speed, strength are balanced out to overpower most people as well as she can used several other alternatives such as her brain waves. Also sunlight is a small factor which can disable some abilities(Not a lot) as well as weakening her slightly. Rachel has an immunity to silver even towards the most strongest she is completely immune too, one of the more simpler abilities is the use of telekinesis via through her brain waves she can command moderately light to medium weight objects and can command them in any direction she wishes as well as propel them this is not to be used as a spam but just helps her day to day life. Rachel like a pureblood as her biggest strength can use her blood to cut or to do major impact damage (Light armor or skin) however it can be used to parry any object, deflect, or completely block without the use really much blood as she can command loose blood or more simpler creatures blood and draw them out, plants, animals she is surrounded by will increase its effects, aswell as she can unleash telekinetic waves to be used as a barrier to prevent sudden impacts, this also implying she can increase her strength through that as well. As you know vampires if using any vampire ability she can draw there blood out through any cut she has made and any blood that would leave there body or completely exposed. This allows her to quickly weaken vampires. Rachel can see in the dark and can shape shift in three "main" forms...her shape shifting cannot alter her gender however these three forms  dictates her strength, the last form making her much older, but also increasing all the following effects...also Rachel's can heal and regenerate by disbursing  the blood from the severe limb and reform it on the severed part of her arm, also she can quickly heal up cuts, impales it is combat healing. Rachel has COMPELTE dominance over any "creatures of the night" meaning wolfs, bats, spiders etc nocturnal creature she has complete control over if she wants and can alter there behaviors and even physical strength entirely. Rachel can also absorb people and shift into her dragon form, also as a side note the blood can crystalize. She can summon any weapon from her personal vault as well...bringing back a power from the past her dress carries special threads and the fact she can use dragon parts she can shape shift the surroundings of her dress and make it also a lethal weapon.
Dragon Info: many years ago a dragon call "Syra" a very rare dragon species and noted for its extreme beauty but also incredibly deadly only one was ever discovered and was found deep under the surface of koffenge fossilized. It is said that its scales were very strong but if separate it'll immediately begin to decompose, it had large back horns that curved back and out, a distinguished snot and could stand on its back legs and had six limbs. It had a split tail and could "Molt" or well shift its form and cause itself to evolve or adapt to its surrounding it was said as well it was highly intelligent and beautiful it could use its aura to bring and summon a plant life that several dragons were allergic too as well as being able to command the wind via through its aura. But this dragon didn't breath fire no..it breathed a chemical compound that causes the scales or even any object strong object to begin to well..."Melt" This takes a while but this creature saliva could poison as well as paralyze its victims. it also has 2 pairs of wings then one and uses the upper and lower to cover itself as for added protection and looks.
