  3. Shaman: Fern (Adventure Time)
  4.
  5. There is an immense disparity between Respect Thread Fern and Fern with scaling, to where half the time I can't see what's what with the number of feats posted. A small summation of scaling ought to suffice, otherwise, as I see him now, he's under tier. I think you could stipulate him into tier rather easily and avoid this mess, but as it stands I'll have to have second thoughts.
  6.
  7. Spirit: Maleficent (Sleeping Beauty)
  8.
  9. There are two ways to look at this:
  10.
  11. * Maleficent is complete Out of Tier, far too strong, too versatile, Armstrong will never hit her, and by the time he closes that gap she'll be elsewhere
  12.
  13. * She is far too weak: we have no idea if any if she can use all of that magic in a direct combat application, and even so, Armstrong just powers through one of her spells and punches her down.
  14.
  15. Shaman 2: Leonidas Van Rook (Secret Saturdays)
  16.
  17. A lot of this scaling is also very iffy. There's a vast dichotomy here, similar to the previous submission. The scaling from dodging laser fire and lighting is suspect as lightning would only be fast if it were cloud-to-ground, otherwise, the speed would be negligent at best, while the laser fire may be questionable due to the nature of laser fire in fiction. I cast doubt he won't be beaten into paste within minutes of the fight occurring.
  18.
  19. Spirit 2: Astro Boy (Astro Boy)
  20.
  21. Strength is absolutely in tier, and a good idea of what should be possible. Limiting his speed might be your best bet, since he moves spaceships and he might be too fast, coupled with his absurd in-tier strength, might be marginally too much.
