unlock all worlds code

Timeless River:
If you haven't done HB1, leaving to disney castle to get merlin starts HB1, and on completion of the bailey merlin is unobtainable meaning Timeless River can't be accessed.
If you have access to Merlin's House save point, it works fine.

LoD1 Crash:
Watching the opening cutscene of LoD1, then leaving and completing HB1 will cause a crash if you re enter LoD in the Bamboo Grove. Landing in the village works fine. Completing ALL of LoD1 then going to HB1 works fine.
Leaving LoD1 and completing worlds that AREN'T HB1 works fine.

Doing the same thing with BC1 does NOT crash the game, weirdly enough.


OC Softlock:
Completing Timeless River unlocks Pain and Panic cup which sets OC to a post visit 1 state, making the world uncompleteable.
Leaving OC after finishing Phil's training and then beating TR lets you access The Lock, but the RC does nothing and the world still cannot be completed.

Completing all 3 of Agrabah, Halloween Town, and Pride Lands unlocks Cerberus Cup but this doesn't seem to softlock OC.

1k:
Completing 1k Heartless sets the right side ring of worlds to their second visit states, meaning you won't be able to unlock 100AW, or any of the first visit pickups if you didn't do them earlier.
The left side worlds will act as normal.
Beating 1 of Agrabah or Halloween Town starts Twilight Town 2 -> HB3. No other worlds will do this and you don't need any previous worlds to be beaten.

TWTNW:
Starting TWTNW and then going back and doing the TT3 Axel fight puts you in a cutscene loop softlock after the fight. Intended order works fine, as does continuing and just not doing that Axel fight.
