The following is a binding contract between Nell Garnett, hereby refered to as Researcher, and Naomi Misura, hereby refered to as Subject. The terms of the contract are as follows:
1. Subject must make room in their schedule in order to meet a quarterly quota, consisting of 110 experiments, or meet double next quarter.
2. Subject is to meet the terms of all experiments to the best of their ability, including arriving for experimentation on time.
3. Subject must submit to all experimentation that does not involve direct, invasive or permanent alteration of the body.
4. Subject is required to communicate verbally and openly regarding experiments and their knowledge of their Quirk.
5. Researcher and Subject agree to mutually assist each other in school or training upon request, and to act in the others best interest.
6. Experiments that are cut short do not count as full sessions and do not require full compensation.
7. Price is negotiated between Researcher and Subject per instance of experimentation.
8. Researcher must provide appropriate accomodations for Subject during experiments, ensuring comfort and refreshments are available.
9. Researcher must adhere to a Full Disclosure Agreement, explaining all aspects of experimentation and results to Subject.
10. Researcher must keep all findings confidential, and cannot profit from any aspect of said findings without Subjects written consent.
11. Subject is not to be connected in any way to items produced from these findings and approved to be operated or sold by Researcher.
12. Subject may refuse a specific experiment, at which time an alternative experiment will be scheduled in its place.
13. Researcher will be held responsible for collateral damages, vandalism, or breaches of confidentiality.
14. Desired experimentation must be scheduled between Researcher and Subject in advance with adequate time to make necessary arrangements.
15. Researcher is required to meet and fund quarterly quota of 24 hours dedicated to entertaining the Subject in a manner of Subjects choosing.
