Dictator Charlie sigil

Decided to finally bite the bullet and draw the sigil I imagined for Dictator Charlie.
It needs... A LOT of work, but I hope you guys could see where I was going with it.

What does a symbol mean? Its a representation of the national identity of the group it represents. A showcasing of the identity of this nation or group to the world, on in this case the identity of the ruling party of Hell to the denizens of Hell and the power's that be in Heaven.

I'm no expert on any of this but as an example. Taking the attached Emblem of North Korea, it showcases a massive hydro-electric dam, showcasing the technical and technological prowess of the N.Korean people (despite the irony that the dam was constructed by the Japanese during their colonial occupation of Korea). It also shows a revered Mountain range in the background, which holds significant spiritual sway over the Korean people.

All this imagery serves to solidify the legitimacy of the ruling party of N.Korea.

A proper embalm for a Dictator Charlie Hell should be meant to showcase the legitimacy of Charlie's rule over Hell. The entire state exists to serve her needs, not the needs of its citizens, most of whom are churned into mulch or brainwashed into servitude.

Furthermore the only people who are going to be witnessing the symbol are either the privileged few who retain their freewill, or the citizens of Heaven.

So going off of all of that I like the current design. You can imply the legitimatization of Charlies rule by the Angelic flare being warped around the symbol of Hell, implying the subsuming of the Angelic influences in Charlies life into a form more fitting for Hell?

Though the 'Nazi' wings are not subtle at all. I prefer the first version.

Now that I think about it, its just as likely a Dictator Charlie would select an embalm that looks "cool" and intimidating but holds no actual symbolical relevance, or is even contradictory to her aims and goals. 50/50.

Actually, the three pair of wings (one wrapping around protectively at the bottom, symbolizing defense, the middle spread wide, symbolizing pride and flight, and the top spread Heavenwards, representing both a longing towards Heaven, and the arms of a bird of prey folding up as it enters into a dive upon its target) are meant to be a reference to Charlie's seraphic heritage (if Lucifer was one of the most powerful angels of Heaven before his fall, chances are, he was a seraph), while the upside-down pentagram is distinctly a reference towards humanity - wiccan religion and early human sciences utilized the pentacle as a symbol of humanity, and it being turned to point downwards has also been used by humans to represent the Devil's presence and influence, but it isn't officially a symbol of the Devil - rather, a symbol of Humanity's perception of it, as a corruption of natural order and the antithesis to the order of the church.
Using Heavenly imagery, showing it defend and wrap around a Hellish symbol that is more of a representation of human perception - it's all meant to be a cruel mockery.
Charlie is of "Heavenly origin" through her father, but rather than defend and protect humanty, she "defends and protects" the Sinners.
Mockery, a bold-faced lie, and appropriation - all in the vein of human organizations (such as the Nazis appropriating the Swastika - a symbol of luck into a symbol of hatred -, or the Christian Church appropriating the crucifix - a symbol of torture and Roman imperial injustice into a symbol of love and devotion).

Charlie doesn't run her empire out of love or dedication - she runs it out of sheer spite. This symbols is meant to represent that.

I'm still not satisfied with it, though - the bottom wings should be neater.

I just noticed that from afar, the first version has the outline's of a goat's head, with the middle pair of wings resembling the ears, and the top one resembling the horns.

It's not a rump kingdom, really. She's the de facto and de jure leader of Hell. It doesn't really need a name, it's Hell.

You could argue she is the de jure ruler of Hell. Assuming that Lucifer's rule of Hell was codified in (whatever passes for) the legal system of Hell then its evident she is the intended successor to the throne of Hell. An example of a De Facto leader would be if Prince Anon assumed the Throne, since legally he is second in line to the throne (insofar as we know) so long as Charlie is alive.
Though you could argue her assassination of Lucifer might murky the waters, I would assume that since she was always intended to be the successor then the legal issues are a moot point, and its Hell.

Anyway, my statement of 'rump' kingdom was in error but it was intended to portray my dismay and disgust with what her Kingdom stands for. An empire constructed with the sole intention of 'getting back' at Heaven, fuelled by the souls of Billions of dead or mentally annihilated, and sapient, beings.

The idea of the "Burgundian System" from The New Order has been floated around a lot, as it's a very apt description of her style of governing: an entire country run like a massive concentration camp, where only the "guard" class is kept alive, while everyone else is used for labor until they cannot move anymore - except she even cuts out that, and is solely running Hell as an extermination camp for sinners, where they're emotionally and psychologically tortured through sensory deprivation and the forced reviewing of all their sins that led them to where they are, before being quickly and relatively painlessly disposed of once their number comes up.
Since they would be useless in a war against Heaven and cannot be used as a negotiating tool, either, she just gets rid of them as soon as possible, while making their remaining ways as uncomfortable as possible, but without any physical harm.
Hell had become a waystation between a life led sinfully and the obliteration of existence.

It seems like she's eliminating the sinner population of Hell to not give Heaven any justification to deploy their Exterminators to cull the population. Essentially she is resolving the sinner overpopulation crisis which the prior regime was content to allow to fester and be dealt with by Heaven. Of course she is now creating a circumstance where Heaven could intervene in Hell to stop her actions against the sinner population, but that's another can of worms of personal interpretations.

While my knowledge of TNO and the 'Burgundian System' is limited, I do however think that at the very least the rulers of the Burgandian system had an end goal of the proliferation of their people, or master race, and the extermination of anyone seen as inferior.

But with this wannabe Dictatorial empire, I don't see Charlie's end goal. She's not trying to make Hell a better place for the hellborn. She's not easing the suffering of the sinner population. She's barely enriching her own existence, she arguable led a far more satisfied and fulfilled/safe life before her ascension than after.
Her entire empire is a monument to histories worst temper tantrum, its only goal seemingly is an expression of uncontrolled rage towards those who murdered her Mother.

Himmler at least had a f-king goal. Charlie just wants to watch Heaven and Hell burn.

Debatable, considering most who employed it were madmen - Himmler wanted to bring about the apocalypse for his ubermensch to flourish, while Taboritsky literally razed Russia with chemical weapons and dead squads to prepare it for a long-dead heir to the throne.

Charlie's system IS petty, as it is a massive "F-k You!" to all of existence - a mockery of inhumane, totalitarian systems created by humans to reach ineffable goals, which ruthlessly punishes Sinners (just as humans think Hell should do), and also getting rid of the excess (as Heaven did in the past).
There is no end goal, because the goal is to make Heaven feel guilty and ashamed for its actions.

She essentially wants God to kneel - not before her, but because of His own actions, the actions of Heaven.
