MICROSOFT XBOX FOOTBALL PRIZE DRAW
OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

BY ENTERING THIS PRIZE DRAW, YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.

1.	RULES

These are the official rules that govern how the Microsoft Xbox Football Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) will operate. In these rules, "Microsoft", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Microsoft Limited. "You," "yourself" refers to an eligible Prize Draw entrant. “The Promoter” is Microsoft Limited, Microsoft Campus, Thames Valley Park, Reading, RG6 1WG, England (“Microsoft”). “Territory” shall mean: United Kingdom. The “entrant” is the personal, registered account holder of the e-mail address or Twitter account used to submit the entry.

2.	ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to residents of the Territory aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Proof of age, identity and place of residence may be required. Employees (or family members of employees) of Microsoft, its group companies or companies affiliated with the Prize Draw (including GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR”)) may not enter the Prize Draw.

3.	PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

This Prize Draw runs from 18:00pm GMT on 25.04.18 and closes 11:59 p.m. GMT on 26.04.18 inclusive (the “Prize Draw Period”). Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be valid.

4.	HOW TO ENTER

On the 25th April 2018 a Facebook post and a tweet will be published to Facebook & Twitter respectively by Xbox UK.

Entrants are required to ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ @XboxUK, and comment on the post / reply to the tweet with #XboxRealMadrid to enter.

We (Microsoft) will randomly select One (1) entrant who interacted in the nature stated above.

ENTRY. To be entered into the competition you must:
•	Like XboxUK on Facebook or follow @XboxUK on Twitter
•	Enter before the “Promotion Period” end date
•	Complete the entry mechanic proposed, and meet the eligibility criteria


Prize Draw: Entrants are limited to a maximum of one (1) entry via the Twitter or Facebook entry method per person. Multiple/duplicate entries will be invalid. You must comply with the terms and policies of the platform you use to enter the Prize Draw.

Tweets that infringe on another’s rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property; or contain material that is obscene, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, is unlawful (each as determined by the Promoter), will be disqualified.

5.	SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS

There is only one Prize Draw Winner.

On Date 27.04.18, a Prize winner will be selected from all complete, valid, and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. The winner will be selected at random by an eligible adjudicator. The Winner will be notified on or around Date 27.04.18 by direct message to either their Facebook or their Twitter account.  The Winner must respond to their notification within 48hrs by confirming any contact details requested in that notification for delivery of their prize.

If the Winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or does not respond to their notification within 48hrs of the date of the first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to award the relevant prize to the next entry which most closely recreates the shot/s on the training video as decided by an independent jury from among the remaining complete, valid, and eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

The Prize winner may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising without remuneration, which may include the use of their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes.

6.	PRIZES

The Winner will receive the following;

•	4 (Four) tickets to the Real Madrid Vs Celta Vigo La Liga game at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium on 13/5/2018
•	Return flights and accommodation (1 night) for the winner and 3 friends in Madrid.
•	4 (Four) 2018 Real Madrid Home Shirts signed by the first team squad

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.  There is no cash alternative to the Prize (or any part of it) and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prizes will be supplied within thirty (30) days of the draw using the contact details confirmed by the winner as described above. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in the postal service.

7.	NAME OF WINNER

The Promoter reserves the right to use your Name/ Facebook name / Twitter handle (as applicable) in online and offline media for this Prize Draw, in the event that you are a winner. The Prize winner’s names will be available for one (1) month from the day of selection by sending an e-mail with the subject line “Xbox Football” to winners@xboxpromotions.com.

8.	LAWS

This Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions.

9.	LIABILITY

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or organisation excludes or limits their liability where it would be unlawful to do so.  This includes liability for: (i) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and (ii) death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence.

The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control:
a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; and
b) any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;
c) problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient);
d) any act or default of any third party supplier.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your Entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.

10.	DATA

The Promoter will use the winner’s, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Prize Draw. Please note that by accepting these Terms and Conditions you are also accepting the terms of the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You may request to view, edit or remove your data at any time by contacting the Promoter using https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-GB/privacystatement. If you request that your name and/or email address is removed prior to the award of the Prize, you will no longer be eligible to win a Prize.

11.	OTHER

No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision shall be final in all respects on all entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Prize Draw and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time In the event of circumstances arising beyond the promoters control.
