Swagger is on drugs again

Random bullshit idea i thought of while doing (insert name of drug here):
SS13, but infinite.

-On round start, you choose your jobs, yadda yadda.
However, there is no shuttle. if the server is in need of a restart, heads can call everyone into cryo for a "shift end".

-An hour after you die, you get to rejoin the game as a new arrival.

-Antag status is carried over. Between rounds, you are allowed to change your identity to avoid metagame issues such as: "they were a traitor last round and survived! lynch them!"

-Due to problems, changelings, blobs, Flock, and Revs are disabled in this game mode. Nukies are still good though.

-Heads can call a repair crew in, consisting of little drones that patch the station up over a few minutes. you can make an object to keep the drones from messing with an area.

-Basically, SS13 with a more permanent station.
