  24. there are a total of 14 chus that don't require items, meaning you will need either bombs, power bracelets, leaf, hookshot, or grapple to reach 15.

  50. at this point you'll have between 11 and 14. which mean you will also need to get 4 extra chus. which chus are fastest depends on what items you have.

  54. leaf or hookshot - enables picking up 1 extra chu along the route (boating course)

  58. which ones you want to get first depends on what item or items you have. these are all really slow and are in rough order of how fast they are.

  60. if you have grapple, you can get 2 extra really quickly.

  85. the only real exception would be if you have a good location for cliff plateau access on randomized caves. in that case, if you have grapple and leaf, it could be viable to go through cliff plateau cave, and then quickly get cliff plateau, bird peak, and thorned fairy which would skip a warp and sailing through a diagonal.
