To start marking off tasks in your journal, speak to the Dark Warrior in the Dark Warriors' Fortress, The Lesser Fanatic, The Dark Wizard or find the Mysterious ghost in the wilderness.

Easy

Cast Low Alchemy at the Fountain of Runes.
