Personality: Seungmin is definitely a neat freak, and is willing to volunteer to clean up practically anything his members touch. However, he does get really annoyed when the other members refuse to clean up and make a mess in front of him, but he hates to make people mad at him since he is kind hearted. He can found teaching and helping others with their problems, which brings out his caring side. He is very adventurous, and is always willing to try new things from riding a rollercoaster to tackling the endless piles of laundry in the dorm. He is extremely opinionated and is not afraid to start a fight with anyone who offends him or his friends. He tends to overthink things and gets extremely cautious when doing things.
Background: Seungmin was born in Daegu to 2 normal parents and an older sister. As a child, Seungmin was always exposed to music thanks to his parents, and always dreamed of becoming an idol. He encouraged his parents to sign him up for classes to help improve his Idol skills, and they happily agreed. However, it seemed like his plans of becoming an idol were coming to a halt when his parents decided to send Seungmin abroad to live in the US to improve his studies, even though he was doing fairly well in school. He thought he had to forget about what he had learned from his lessons to focus on school but fortunately, he was allowed to attend a music school in the US, where his idol skills greatly improved. After 4 years, he returned to Korea and decided to audition for entertainment companies. His parents were a little surprised by the news since he had told them fairly quickly, but they eventually agreed. It took a few tries, but he was later accepted into YG Entertainent.
