I want to apply for admin for the europe region, i've been working here since March 2019 (6 months ago)
I do tickets and DMs alot from people and also i am active 15+ hours everyday on my pc and my phone!
I have a microphone and also i like to giveaway robux to RBX.Land people every week to make them happy!

As an Admin i will improve the rules list and also take care of the staff team and reward them with robux for the good work they do.
And also i will turn the community great, helpful and friendly with Badr and the other admin, almost all of my tickets are done and helped!

As writing this line i just received a notification for a ticket, i just canceled the text and went to help with that ticket, and also the guy said: "Wow you're such all good supports", I always end my tickets with "Have a good day!" to make the people happy and feel me friendly!

I am trusted by all of the staff team and by members of RBX.Land, they even sell me nitro for robux and they always trust  me as i am not a scammer and i always buy from them.

I have alot of experience and skills from moderating due to me owning 2 servers with alot of people and also i am a mod on 2 servers and this one.

I am ready to have the admin role that i deserve from the long hard work i did from helping tickets people and DM's, i also like to teach the new staff everything going on in this server and giving them tips that i learnes on my past.

I will do my best with admin and try to work harder and harder to make things possible.

I am applying for Admin (Europe). I believe I should take on this Admin position as I'm a well-disciplined and respected person when it comes to reinforcing rules, my excellent communication skills play a big part in this as communication with peers is a key skill that which could lead to sorting out an argument or as such.

Communication is a very important skill to have, as I've said already but..., it can stop a situation from escalating quickly or warning someone verbally. "Determination to be the best I can be", I will work to the best of my ability, constant activity (as I see not a lot of Staff online) always being online, or getting online when needed. I fully understand the rules and how to enforce them (As I did create the rules for the server).

Maturity, plays a big role of a staff member, being mature means to act professionally in your work, to be a role model to your fellow peers, to show upmost respect towards staffing. Being mature can also be being just generally friendliness towards players, but this comes as being strict when needed but not biased. Also baring in mind, being jokey is acceptable obviously but when it gets too far is immaturity.
Currently, I am Support Lead meaning I was appointed for my continuous dedication towards the staff team, I have been a good asset to the team so far and want to continue my gratitude. I have a great connection to the community as I've been here since day one. I am a generally all-around friendly person, I am approachable, well respectful towards others. I am not biased in any way, I take each party's arguments into hand and review it. I wouldn't say I'm the most perfect person, but I know I'm the RIGHT person for this position. My experience being a High Role in other servers has allowed me to gain experience etc, applying it to other staff who are not generally educated, for example here in Rbx.land I have educated and helped staff with correct punishments, re-educating them on rules, etc.

Trust, trust is a big word; "firm belief in the reliability, truth, or ability of someone or something.". For example, why I am Support Lead, Noeru has seen the reliability in me, he knows I do my Job for certain and knows my capability, and I know for sure @Badr does as well. I want to mention these 2 specifically as they are two role models we all have looked up too, can I am determined to be one of those people, people look up too. I also should have around 18k+ messages, but as you all know I've been banned on discord twice for foolish behaviour, I do not promote what I have done and isn't going to be continued!

I would like to apply for the NA Admin position because I personally know I have what it takes to be in that position. Currently, I am one of the "new" supports, having been chosen very recently, but that does not mean I am a bad support. I do my job when the time arises and I am fairly active. I am on most of the day when there's no school and even after school, I am on. When people need help, I am there. When there's a ticket to be done, I'll be there. I will provide them with whatever help they need to the best of my ability. If I do get chosen, I will strive to obtain the greatness that this server has the opportunity to achieve. I am a likeable guy and won't mistreat anyone, even if they've done bad to me, I will show them with kindness rather hate.

I would clearly state the punishments for each rule in #rules and rewrite them (right now they're outdated). I'll set fair and understandable guidelines for supports, I'll reward good activity (read 4), and i'll work on making the community a place where everyone feels welcome.

I won't stop until rbx.land is bigger then .gg and has a much more wholesome, organized, and thriving community.

So why do I think I deserve the NA admin spot? :thinking:

I'm a California resident, and I have been with the rbx community for about 3 months now.  It all started on June 22, 2019,
         when I came wandering into the server clueless. Throughout my journey, I've gained a lot of knowledge about how this whole program works. I've made lots of bonds with members, supports, admins, and maybe mem. And throughout this long run, I learned how to moderate a server correctly. I've had several people correct me and criticize me, which I completely don't mind and I respect it. But at this point in time, I think I am ready for a new start. I want to be involved more with the higher ranking staff so I can help out much more. I usually have lots of time on my hands after school and I have nothing really important to do. So I think the admin spot will cure my boredom and give rbx.land a boost.
I would also like to work with Badr, a friend of mine I've gotten sort of a good relationship with him and I'd think we would work good together. If a task is assigned to me, I can get it done in a short period of time depending on what it is. I also want to be an active admin. Constantly talking in general chat, keeping the people there entertained. Throughout my 3 months I've never really seen the higher ranks active, except Senko. I also want to participate with the giveaways, and i'm also willing to donate some of my funds to help it. Right now, I can spot some imperfections in the discord and I want to change it/add things onto it. As an example, the suggestions channel is supposed to be used for suggestions only, but It hasn't been an official rule, so theres nothing I can do about it. I enjoy planning out things and making arrangements for new things to be released, so that will be an experience for me too. Overall, I just want to make rbx.land a better experience for newcomers and people who have been here since the beginning.

Introduction
I'm interested in applying for the admin position available on rbx.land. I will do my best to keep this nice and short so that it does not bore you or give off the impression that I'm trying to sound smarter than I am. Without further ado, here is (in my own words) why I think I should become the next Admin for the American region.

Why I should be Admin
I may be relatively new to rbx.land, this does not make me any more or less than anyone in the staff team. It is indisputable that I have been the most active support since my promotion. Although I can be toxic towards specific individuals, this does not make me inadequate at my job. The first week of me being support, I managed to do what no other support could. I was able to maintain the #1 Support role for over four days in the span of 6 days. I also was able to accumulate an astounding 51K points in my first 3 days of me becoming support.

Accomplishments:
- Accumulated 51k points in 3 days.
-Most active support.
-Held #1 Support role 4 full days /6 days.
