Crafting

Bow:

- buy/get base, try to keep dex req sub 170, higher aps = higher ballista fire rate
- Fear Essence/Annul Orb until 2 open prefix and 1 open suffix
- craft cannot roll attack mods (suffix/1ex) and exalt slam for 100% +1 to gem levels
- replace  the crafted mod with "prefix cannot be changed" (suffix/2ex) and Scour,
so only +1 gem levels and Minion Damage are left
- craft Multimod (2ex), +2 Supports (2ex) and Minion Attack Speed

Crafting cost: bow base + 8 raw ex and ~50c


Boots:

- Shaper Boots either Alt/Harvest spam or buy of Trade (got my 3 suffixes for 5c)
- look for Ballista mod + CDR + 1 Res, prefixes don't matter
- craft "Suffixes cannot be changed" (2ex) and use a Veiled Chaos Orb
- unveil MS-mod
- benchcraft life

Crafting cost: 2-5ex


Helmet:

- buy enchanted elder base (ilvl 85+) or enchant yourself
- Essence of Greed (106 life) until t1-t2 hybrid life mod
- craft "Prefix cannot be changed" (2ex) and Harvest Reforge Phys for 100% "Nearby Enemies take 9% increased Physical Damage"
- benchcraft whatever you need
- (slam possible)

Crafting cost: base + ~3ex
