You clicked sell button on top right? now try to select the (Cheapskin) and click "Add to sell queue" In this way we are just checking if it could be listed on opskins or not.

Okay good, since you seleced it and added it to sell queue the opskins will send you a listing offer for your knife.

You received a listing offer right? Did you check your steam notification if the opskins sent a listing offer for your cheapskins?

Okay try to accept that listing offer then wait in a few seconds for the opskins bot will counter offer you with a description if your item can be listed or not.
