Indeed, I was the owner of two servers before; one on SAMP and the other on MTA but I closed both of them and I've been admins in Bone County Roleplay, Los Santos Roleplay and Red County Roleplay (All are servers from MTA)

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]What makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at MTA Roleplay? (Long Answer)[/COLOR][/B]
First of all, I find myself very respectful and helpful. I feel that I am qualified because I can be an asset to the players of the server, Multi Theft Auto Roleplay. If other admins are online with me at the same time but they are unavailable to take or accept any reports, I would leave what I'm doing and take them. There is a goal that I would work towards if I become an admin, and that goal is 'Player Satisfaction'. If a player has an issue or problem within the server or with another player, then I will try my best to solve or at least prevent that problem. If I am unable to do such, then I will call another admin for assistance and I'll make it my duty to satisfy players.

I believe that a server can have players inside of it whenever there are good admins. Being a bad admin will just reflect bad on the server itself.

One of my goals that I would aim for is accepting and solving reports as soon as possible. I've been a player in this server since last year and during a period of time there would be admins on-duty and leaving the reports unanswered. I am speaking from experience because I have seen it happened before. If I'm an admin and I know that I can't solve a problem, then I will tell the person that rather than leaving them.

Well, I have been in the Faction and Vehicle Management Team before (FMT and VMT) in Los Santos Roleplay. During that time, I would be controlling the factions whenever they have OOC Problems or faction leaders were not chosen as yet or whenever vehicles were needed to be added to various factions, including civilian vehicles. Besides, I map whenever I have leisure time. Sometimes I would be bored as hell and then I would start mapping random things, such as houses, mansions, public buildings, etc.

Apart from this, after being an admin before, I know the basic admin cmds of a server, such as /a, /ar /ri, /tr, /dr, /pban, /pkick, /pjail, /items and there are much more where that came from such as cmds to add elevators [/adde], etc.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server.[/COLOR][/B]

A problem that I see on the server is 'players who are not roleplay how they are supposed to'. Players might ram each other while driving their vehicles and would not even stop to roleplay the crashes or the scenes of what happened to their character. Admins are need to supervise the players very often because if someone is to crash in real life, then they would obviously not be able to drive the vehicle again due to the damages caused to it. However, the character can be injured as well due to the accidents that occurs, especially MVA or Motor Vehicle Accident.

If someone new enters our server and they notice that people are not roleplay how they are suppose to, they will not be encouraged to keep roleplaying or introduce themselves to other players. First thing that they will think of is 'Why am I even here?'. We do not want them to think of this, but instead we need them to stay and form the community with us. Our roleplay might not be hard but there are rules that the players MUST abide by or follow. Not following these rules can and will cause a huge catastrophe among each other.

In other words, admins are required to keep their eye on the players every 24/7 so that they do not break any of the rules nor do anything suspicious. Whenever admins are not around, the players can server advertise to each other using the /b (OOC Chat). Some of them might know that admins can see links when they are sent via PM's so they will not do that. But the others who do not know about it will use the OOC Chat at the same time.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1.[/COLOR][/B] DM/Deathmatching is strictly not allowed. This terms defines killing people without a valid reason. Doing this will just cause you into being kicked, jailed or even banned from the server.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2.[/COLOR][/B] Bunnyhopping is not tolerated or it can lead into getting an admin punishment. Doing this will only make your character move faster but at the same time you should think that someone cannot hop fast like this in real life.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3.[/COLOR][/B] Using abbreviations in the IC chat is not allowed. These include omg, wtf, stfu, etc. You would hardly find people using these words in real life when speaking to people.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]Now, take those three rules, and tell me what you would do if someone broke those rules. (These do no determine if you are admin or not, they simply determine your skill level)[/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] A Jail for 20 minutes to learn them a lesson
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] If they do it again after being jailed, then it's a ban

During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

[B]Non Disclosure Agreement:[/B]
Staff ackn***edges that, in the course of employment by MTA Roleplay, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer MTA Roleplay to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
