What should Officer J do?[/b]
  91.
  92. - Without any thinkings, he should call for backup as soon as possible, even if he knows it may turn out to be a false alarm.

  111.
  112. - Since there are no riots, fights or misbehaving inmates, Correctional Officer B may grant the permission, but he must go with him and keep a strict eye on him.
