Hi,

I have received a job offer, that i am considering to accept it (already thinking about it for last two weeks). I will try to keep this e-mail simple, clear and honest.

Company that made me offer is http://www.dynatech.lv/ - same company where last fired employee went to work (Jānis). This has nothing to do with Jānis, it is just a coincidence, so you know.

They are offering higher salary (2500.00 € Net) and career ladder (team lead, project lead, department lead etc.) and all the other default benefits that all companies does. For me this is important since i wish to go beyond developing only and i need to grow as personality and professional.

Before i accept or decline offer, i would like to hear some feedback from you guys.

It has been a crazy year, we have fired in total 4 people (if i am not wrong - Reinis, Jānis, Kristīne, Krists) and one is leaving now Kārlis. Once Karlis leaves, we will be only two employees here.

Riga office feels shaking right now.

So the questions that bother me and that i need to know before i make a decision are:

Plans for Riga office - will it continue to exist?
Is there any way that i can grow as professional in this company?
Plans on me?

Right now i have feeling that i have achieved maximum in this company. Maybe i am wrong, but i have this feeling.

My ambitions are really high :) so i would like to here if there is any offer you can make for me.

I have to make decision in 24 hours from this moment.

If i accept the offer, i will of course work 1 month in AWAVE.
