Julian Cake, originally born in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood within Los Santos, was raised by his mother who is now deceased and her husband, his step-father, Nick Baresii and Miyu Baresii. Julian was outstanding at his studies within high-school and half-way through college when he decided to drop out due to the tragic death of his mother, which caused him to go down a dark path within his life, resulting in gang affiliations and a dozen of remarkable mistakes. Julian got involved in all kinds of businesses, such as drug dealing, gang activities, theft and worse till he met Alice Cake, his deceased ex-wife. Alice changed Julian's life, afterwards Julian started getting into more legal jobs such as working in a weapon store to provide the citizens with legal weapons, where he started to save up some money, afterwards he got into gambling for a small period of time where he made a lot of money, and decided to buy a real estate in Richman for him and his family to live in. Julian didn't have a great relationship with his father, so he had no mentor or someone to look up to except him, after a few years of a great and happy life with Alice, she died of a tragic and horrible murder by Julian's old associates, who he left behind. Alice's death caused Julian a mental breakdown that led him straight into depression and into a dark life, where he got associated with very high-profile dangerous gangs, or illegal organisations and reunited with a great old friend of him, Larry Harm. Larry and Julian used to be colleagues and great friends around the time Julian was eighteen years old, but they drifted apart due to different career paths. After quite some time in the illegal organisation, Julian's friend, Larry was shot by their own gang members. Julian seeked revenge for Larry, so he wanted to deal with it on his own. Oussama Campbell, an officer within the Police Department noticed Julian one day tailing the people that shot Larry and confronted him, they spoke and Oussama helped Julian to sort it out through a legal way, by proving they were guilty and put them behind bars, and that's where Julian was first motivated and inspired to become an agent of the law. A few months later after Julian's encounter with Oussama, he was arrested due to possession of illegal narcotics, he didn't deny it nor resist it, simply complied through the entire process, where at the end, he was being physically and emotionally abused by the officers, and afterwards put behind bars, after that event, he was shocked and speechless, but after a few hours of processing what happened, he decided to make a life-changing decision for himself and that's to officially become an agent of the law, for a lot of reasons, but his few main reasons were to protect and serve his country and his city, and to make sure every gang is to be eliminated, shutdown, and to get everyone the justice they deserve and to stop the corruption within every law enforcement agency.
