Xerat

Well you as Xerat have plenty of ranged tools to work with early on, Q and AA its way too reliable as soon you get in lane to bully any enemy out, remember your AA will give you extra mana thanks to your passive so time it propperly to keep the poke constantly. If your enemy jumps on you, or gets in a clear path (no units between you and him) use E and W to retreat/punish and keep the Q damage on them.
Be carefull when using R as you end up pretty vulnerable for other enemies to kill you, your R has some delay so be up to practice it so you dont miss the awesome damage you can proc.
