Adds more progression to Tinker's Construct, including adding more harvest levels and more upgrades to tools, and allowing parts of tools to be replaced while keeping the modifiers. Also adds a leveling system to tools, giving them random modifiers for free.
NOTICE: I would recommend turning off the setting in the configuration file to disable the use of vanilla tools, as people will get pissed off when they try making an iron/diamond pick and can't.
