[18:05] Of course she remembers Niclous - the two of them fought harshly the last time they encountered each other. And she so vividly remembers getting her ass kicked.

Despite that, she still acts tough - dodging Niclous' question with a... tough-sounding dismissal. Even if she can't back up her words with her fists.

"And? What's it to ya?!"

[18:06] Trixie Meijing exclaims, "Thanks again!"
[18:08] The now man shrugged off her words. "That being said, I know this here toll bridge is a sack of crap. Take the sign down kid I am not paying that toll and neither is anyone else."

His arm's crossing over his chest as his singular eye would rest it's gaze on the girl. A cold tone to his word as he spoke compared to his usual way of speaking.

"Well kid what's it gonna be?"

He asked her as he would begin to tap his foot onto the dirt.

[18:16] "Hah! That's what you're playing at?!"

Misperis chuckled, keeping up her tough façade.

"Well, nobody 'xcept you seems to mind it! In fact, there's even a few folks up that mountain that seem to like the idea!"

With that, the little thief moves over to lean on her... rather crude sign.

"I ain't taking this down, and I ain't stopping - this little job's gotten me a full meal for the first time in a month!

So you either pay up, or buzz off!" She taunts, holding out her hand for the coin Niclous definitely isn't about to give her.

[18:19] The girl's hand reaching forth for what Nic assumed was the amount of coin needed for the toll he would only shake his head. "Vdalion huh... Well then this will be an easy choice."

Right then and there Nic moved to swipe away the girl's hand and make his way for the sign. Aiming to pick it up and throw it into the river beside him if not stopped by the girl. "You and that mountain can piss right off."

He said having no love for the giant's or the undead for that matter.

[18:29] "Oh NO you don't!"

As soon as Niclous swiped away Misperis' hand, she immediately went in with an attempt to tackle him! Or, well, force him away from the sign, at least.

"That sign took me hours to make! I'm not letting someone with the likes of YOU take it down!"

Quickly, she drew her staff, getting inbetween Niclous and the sign. She seems practically prepared to lay down her life for it! Though, that's mostly just overdramatic acting.

"Now, you better buzz off, or I'll make sure you'll NEVER sleep peacefully!"

[18:32] A light laugh was given at her words huh. "Peacefully huh.."

The attempt to tackle him to the ground failed but he saw the girl's determination to defend the sign. "Alright then... Have it your way."

His right hand stretched out in front of himself as bolts of electricity began to form in his hand. The energy extending out soon taking shape into that of a boy as Nic would ready himself. He had hoped to avoid a meaningless fight with the girl but it seemed that was not possible now.

"I think we both know where this is going girl, this time you won't be getting off with just a bump to the head."

His left hand rising up to the air as he would begin to take aim with his bow formed of mana. Materializing an arrow of electricity on it's string as he took aim for Misperis's chest.

[18:36] ** Niclous Runeclaw has inflicted an injury upon Misperis. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (2 days)") **
[18:44] The fight a bit more difficult then the last time the two had fought one another. With Niclous still having an edge over the thief he aimed to try and end the fight quickly after it had began. Breaking through the girl's defenses and dodging her attack's at the last second the young wolf got in close.

His right hand moving back and then thrusting forward in one fluid motion aimed at her chest. Quickly he pressed it to her torso, the contact barley registering to the girl before a shock of pain would shoot through her body. Guiding a thunderous clap of sound through the girl's body he would force her to the ground. Her insides being forced to move to the waves of sound that blew through her and probably knocking the air out of her lungs.

With Misperis down for the count he began to walk over to her and kneel down, "Told ya didn't I kid... Maybe you should look for more honest work."

The ranger's words of advice to her before he stood up and dusted himself off making his way back to the sign in hopes to try and remove the pesky thing from where she had planted it into the ground.

[19:04] Felíx exclaims, "Oh? Alright!"
[19:09] It's almost the same as last time. Even though Misperis had gotten strongner, so has Niclous, and it showed. Winds hampered her movement, and the sheer force of Niclous' electricity left her vulnerable to dispatch her easily.

Even so, Misperis' own efforts are not to be understated. Even if she was nowhere near strong enough, or skilled enough to beat Niclous, she's still - as ever - ferocious. Unafraid to take risks, to deal just that little bit more damage to the Ookami...

Even if it came at the risk of her own health.

A sonorous burst sent the poor Felinae rocketing away, tumbling on the ground.
As she tried to get up, she coughed. There's a bit of blood - No matter, she can wipe that away. A few sharp breaths... she'll be fine.

"I-It's fine, I'll be fine... I'll be fine..."

Once she's back on her feet, she's forced towatch as her sign was removed. True, it hurts to watch - that's a whole day's work of chopping and carving down the drain. But wood can be replaced, and the spirit of a thief is indomitable.

"...Honest work, kgh. The world doesn't appreciate anyone unless they're fighting..."

...Though, the message has been received. It's definitely gonna take a while for Misperis to dare put a toll on that bridge again.
