  3. Create a zone for a fake domain (www.fake.com)
  4. Take note of the name of one of the dns servers (ex: ns-1587.awsdns-06.co.uk)
  5. Create two records in that zone with a routing policy based on latency each one directed to a different Region (ex: US, EU)
  6.  
  7. > www.fake.com 1.1.1.1 US
  8. > www.fake.com 2.2.2.2 EU
  9.  
  10. From an instance in Europe: dig @ns-1587.awsdns-06.co.uk www.fake.com will be resolved to 2.2.2.2
  11. From an instance in US: dig @ns-1587.awsdns-06.co.uk www.fake.com will be resolved to 1.1.1.1
