- >Giulia's most memorable GP matches are the ones she lost (Hazuki, MIRAI, Momo). She hated Hazuki (because of how Hazuki fanned the flames of hate against her on her road to retirement) but was happy when she returned and that they were able to have a conversation in the form of a singles match. She thinks it was a good opportunity for them to become rivals and thinks they can have a better match in the future.
- >The reason she cried during her match against Suzu Suzuki is because everything she had been suppressing came rushing out when she saw Suzu making her entrance. She wanted to fight against Suzu when Prominence first came to Stardom, but now thinks it was meaningful that the audience was allowed to familiarize themselves with Suzu and see that she is a great wrestler.
- >After the bell, Giulia and Suzu had a quick exchange about the size of the venue. They had started wrestling in front of single or double digit crowds, and now were able to perform in front of 2500+ people. But next time, Giulia wants to do it in front of a bigger crowd.
- >Giulia feels that Suzu cried (before the match) out of feelings of anger, hatred and sadness, that were caused by her. Says she read Suzu's Shupro comments about how Suzu "had to pretend she didn't like Giulia to fit in with everyone else even though she really loved her". And sensed that emotion too. Now that their complicated feelings are gone, they will compete purely as wrestlers on important occasions and work as a tag team in the future.
- >Giulia was worried about whether or not she and Tam would be able to surpass their Budokan Hall match and for the first time in a match against Tam she had a warrior's tremble (武者震い; the feeling samurai got before going into battle). She was so beaten up she didn't have the energy to go home and stayed in a hotel in Chofu for a few nights. She wants to charge Tam for the accommodation.
- >Commenting on taking an avalanche tiger suplex, Giulia joked she thought she would die. She refused to stay down because she couldn't lose to "this guy" again. Says people still worry about her neck after the injury, but she told them she was fine and showed her guts by standing up.
- >Interview says that you have to have a special trust to have the kind of match that Giulia and Tam have. Maybe wouldn't go that far. Giulia agreed and says you can't have matches like that all the time or you would be killed. Says that Stardom's matches are getting more and more dangerous. That everyone is conscious of one another's matches and escalating the content as a form of competition.
- >Lately Giulia has been thinking about different matches to show (without dangerous techniques). Not because of her physical condition, but because she likes to improve her skills and wrestling techniques. She doesn't want to cut corners. It's different against Tam Nakano though; it's either "live or die". Giulia that one of her challenges and goals is to create a new kind of match (such as mat work and unusual submissions); her matches having different finishes in the GP were part of that.
- >She wants to refine and value each technique more and get closer to the state of being able to convincingly win with any technique. She wants to improve what she has, take in what is missing or needed, adjust depending on the situation (and opponent), and demonstrate her strength without doing too much. Says Syuri just sees her opponents as all the time.
- >Giulia says she absorbed strength from Syuri. But wonders what Syuri absorbed from her. Her personal impression is that Syuri knows her character and way of life, having formed God's Eye and defended her belt many times while taking care of her junior members. However, she says that her honest impression after Syuri's matches is that "Syuri was strong" and she feels sorry for the opponent. Giulia likens Syuri to a strong robot and wonder if she's able to "communicate" with her opponents. She still doesn't know what Zhu World is about.
- >She believes Syuri could show us more. She says it was cool when she said shouted "Don't fuck with Stardom" to Nanae Takahashi and won the match. She believes the champion that carries the promotion should have a lot more to say. As leader of the organization, Syuri is strong, but what else does she have other than strength?
- >The interviewer agrees; says that Himeka rose to the occasion and gained confidence from fighting Syuri. But Syuri should leave more for the opponent. Just as Giulia tearing apart Starlight Kid's mask triggered her awakening. It would be nice if Syuri had a match that awakened her opponents.
- >Giulia say she doesn't think Syuri has to be like her. There are 100 different images of a champion for 100 different people. In Syuri's case, she is just showing how strong she is. Giulia says there may be people who like it, but she personally finds it frustrating to watch.
- >Giulia says she's in perfect condition and is really looking forward to facing Syuri. She knows Syuri's strengths and her weaknesses as well as her former tag partner. Syuri is a nice person with a kind heart, but that is also her flaw.
- >Syuri has her own thoughts about various people, various things and the world. But she hasn't been showing it as champion. Syuri's format is showing her strength and ending on a brisk note; no hate, no hatred no lingering bitterness. No "let's get together", "let's do it again". It's a one-turn lip service. "Where's the romance? Where's your passion?" Nanae said that to Syuri during the presser, and frankly, Giulia has felt that way during the past year. She wonders if "Zhu World is the world of boredom."
- >Giulia thinks the red belt is too much for Syuri. Giulia will finish her off, so hold on to it until the end of the year. She's been taking a step back this year, but it's because she's been doing what she wants to do. Whether it's [focusing on unit activities], raising Mai Sakurai, having the first hardcore match in Stardom, or further refining her striking, submission and pinning techniques. She says she wants to be proud of that and thinks it's all connected to who she is now. She believes that the year she has spent since her return hasn't been a complete waste. The most important part now is the next 2 ~ 3 months. What happens next year depends on this moment and she doesn't intend to waste a single movement. "I hope you are looking forward to seeing the results at the end of the year."
