Physical Description: Tall, lanky, and pale, Liz is much more boyish than curvy. Her short blonde hair is left in messy layers, held back from her face with a few simple clips. Her eyes are blue, but it's hard to see them behind the yellow glasses she always wears. Her outfit verges on punk, with a short-sleeved yellow vest and ripped and patched black pants. High-tech headphones are almost always worn over her ears, connecting to the MP3 player in her pocket - whether she has really good hearing or can just read lips is unclear. Tucked into her many pockets and her bag are various gadgets and devices.
Personality: Liz is generally pretty quiet and standoffish, but if you mention any of her technology to her she'll happily expound on it at length. She loves to explain and show off all the details of her latest 'toys', taking pride in their quality. In addition, if you show any amount of knowledge or intelligence, or if you simply are willing to listen and learn, she'll often open up to you, becoming much more friendly. When she's close to someone, Liz is talkative, bubbly, and generous, giving them various technological gifts and protecting them closely. While she might not have much tolerance for stupid people, Liz seems to be a nice girl, just one who's a little bad at meeting people.

The truth, sadly, is much worse. Liz is a bit of a sociopath, caring for her gadgets much more than she does for people. She robs banks blind without any concern for the impact of her theft, just because she wants to buy some new toy or another. She lacks any real empathy for anyone but herself. When she seems to care about someone, it's only because they entertain her and so she wants to keep them around, just like any other gadget she likes - and just like when she gets tired of a gadget, she's quite prepared to cut off ties with anyone she gets bored with. She does seem to show some honest care for her Pokemon, but it's hard to tell whether it's really friendly or only because she wants them to be a more efficient team.
Backstory: Liz was born in Saffron, but she herself will tell you that her childhood was boring and uneventful - well, until she got her first computer. There she discovered her gift for coding and programming. She began to play around with building various interesting programs, but soon that got boring too - and then, on a whim, she decided to see if she could break into someone else's computer without them noticing. It worked. Soon she was hacking into systems all over the city, not doing any real damage but honing her skills each time.

Then she made the ultimate move. Her dad worked for Silph Co., and she was able to get him to let her come to work with him one day. He went off to lunch and left her alone at his computer, giving her more than enough time to download some of the more interesting files to a USB stick. It wasn't the sort of pure hacking she loved, but she knew she'd never get access from the outside - her skills weren't that good, yet. She just wanted to get more information for her next attempt.

Instead, she got an unexpected tool. She idly ran one of the executable files she had downloaded, labeled as PORY.EXE, and was startled when a Pokemon literally emerged from the screen. Silph Co. had apparently discovered how to build a virtual Pokemon, and this was the result - Porygon, a being of both virtual reality and the real world.

Very quickly Liz realized just how much she could do with a creature of pure data. Soon she was infiltrating systems that were much more complex than she could handle alone, taking all the data she wanted. It wasn't long before she managed to skim some of the electronic funds off a few banks, and when she was 18 she moved out, claiming she had gotten a small apartment when in reality she had been able to rent a luxury penthouse. It was the high life.

But, of course, Liz wanted more. It was too boring to take such small risks, after all. And so with the help of Porygon, she built a team of Electric Pokemon to help her in her escapades. An Eevee was stolen straight out of the PC deposit system and trained into a powerful Jolteon. Reports of possessed machinery lead her to the capture of her Rotom. Mareep she caught on her own and trained into an Ampharos. Plusle and Minun... well, okay, she didn't really need them for the team, but she found them abandoned at a Pokecenter and took them in. She could spare an indulgence or two.

So armed, Liz became a full-on master thief. She could break easily into any bank - she and Porygon disabled any security codes, Rotom opened vault doors or caused minor havoc on other blocks to distract the cops, and her other Pokemon interfered with security cameras and helped her get in and out of the building. Soon she was rich and well known as Miss Lightning to the police, but Porygon (by now evolved) was easily able to make sure nobody could trace her money's origin and make the connection.

Life was good for Liz, even if she was more bored than ever.
Reason for Traveling to Cinnabar: To hack into the Pokemon Lab and see if they have anything neat.
